“I've ordered online numerous of times. Mostly positive experiences. Once I ordered a fall smoothies, paid for it and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up, the worker said they weren't getting any pumpkin orders. He suggested I leave my name and come back?! I asked since I paid for one, can he make me something else, he did. Another time I tried to order for pickup on the way home from the hospital about 1:30pm, it states this location is now closed? I checked Google, it does have new business hours. I haven't confirmed, I don't drive past the location on my direct route. But super disappointed that I couldn't grab it. Will have to call and confirm next time I crave a smoothie.“
