I ordered online at 4pm for a 7pm pick up! Got there at 6:50 and order had not even been started and people ordering in store was getting their pizza! I ordered 8 pizzas and had about 30 people waiting at the house for supper, ordered at 4 and asked for them to be ready at 7pm! An employee with a very bad attitude very rudely told me I had 2 orders before mine but when I asked those customers what time they ordered they said 6! Those numbers do not add up! Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Pizza had zero tomato sauce and the cheese tasted like they used Cheez Whiz. The "pretzel crust" was just added salt... and too much of that.
Orders that have been placed have been wrong on multiple occasions. Poor customer service and They hardly answer the phone.
