This is outstanding McDonalds! I stopped here today for the first time. Clean bathroom, hot fries, burger cooked and dressed perfectly, Diet Coke has good carbonation. All three employees I dealt with were very friendly despite being busy. Thank you!

Waste my time doing a interview takes 7-10 days to give a actual response as to weuther I’ll be rehired back only to be told by PAYAL at your store that Kevin doesn’t wanna rehire former employees yet there is a drug addict and alcoholic he kept rehiring multiple times and this is facts but I’ll keep that persons name off of here but I know it happened. You’d rather pay extra outta pocket to have to train someone that does t know what their doing versus a former employee who may only need to Re Learn a few things but not much since they already have prior experience and would of worked very hard. You ought to be ashamed of iiirself Kevin but that’s ok cause a better company will probably rehire me and far as everyone I know that has eaten at the Lumberton store your about to loose alot of buisness cause I’ll make sure all my friends go elsewhere . Hope you’re ashamed of discriminating against someone who would have worked very hard at that store. Besides your drive through isn’t fast enough at night and I know most of the community will agree with me. Understand I’m not putting blame on any managers there except Kevin who ought to be ashamed of himself and I feel I have a right to voice my opinions regarding this and have every reason to be angry. Bet he didn’t know I was on the verge of being homeless a month ago amongst other things but that’s ok I woulda worked hard for your store but now you’ve lost my business for good among all my other friends and everyone I knew personally who are there .

Honestly, in any situation Mc Donald’s can get iffy. Just I don’t understand whats so complicated on getting an order wrong. Went here twice in a week just to get my orders both incorrect. Ordered two Mc doubles with only mayo and onions. When I received it, sure it was labeled correctly but it had pickles on it. It’s honestly not that difficult to go cut up some onions in the back instead of being lazy and sticking the receipt on the burger. Will never understand y’all’s lazy behavior.

They are all hit and miss, but ok for a cheap meal
The outer drive through lane was being completely ignored or something was malfunctioning. Asked for an ice water, was able to pay; was told they “Can’t do that at the window.” It’s not like the girl didn’t have time, they certainly weren’t handing out orders, asking most cars to pull forward. Maybe just a bad day, but the water thing was so ridiculous and false. The guy who eventually brought my sandwich was nice 😊

My wife is a dasher. You'd think after 1000 or so successful deliveries they quit making her confirm orders in front of them. Newsflash McDonald's your food is badically trash and im pretty sure if a dasher wanted to risk their job to steal some food they'd pick somewhere better than McDonald's 😆. They act like your gonna drive up to the menu with one doot dash delivery on hand and just guess the name off the top of your head 😆. They say its possible and i say so is winning the Powerball with the fitst ticket but what are the odds of that. Amyways just thought I'd do my part to drop the rating.
