It never fails, every time I eat at McDonald's I get let down. So I don't either but sometimes someone wants McDonald's for some ungodly reason so I go get this time the french fries we're so hard they would break your teeth.. I mean come on you're known for your French fries and you let something like this go out the door.. completely dissatisfied with McDonald's. just adding to reasons why I do not like this place..

We literally sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes on a app order it was crazy and then they asked us to pull up please for two frappes a biscuit and a hash brown.

It's a McDonalds... I really only go there if I want some snacking fries or something. They do the fries well at this location. or at least every time I've gone, they have. Crispy, a little salty, and not overly wet. Other McDonalds I don't leave reviews for because their fries are like getting a box of hot worms.

I always get pulled to second window and have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes. I wouldn't mind but half the time food isn't even fresh. The fries might be but then everything else isn't.
I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Waited 39 mins for two sausage Mc Muffins no cheese, no butter. They came with cheese and butter, said they’d fix them and waited 25 more minutes. Guess what, yep they came with cheese. How do you get it wrong twice?!?!? No special order sticker. I paid for food I cannot eat. Thanks.

Food isnt good. Only thing that is worth the purchase is their egg mcmuffin & has brown. Their fries & sweet tea use to be my #1 pick but now its not even on the list.

They provide an experience that is neutral - neither good nor bad. You will get what you type into the machine but there is no provision for leaving off the awful "cheese food product" that has become a part of almost every menu item.At Mcdonald's you will be served with efficiency. My personal preference is to exchange that efficiency for the warmth of human interaction. Machines have no soul.
