Terrible service.
Ordered through 3rd party delivery and spent $60 for 2 people for lunch. First of all the restaurant had our order for over 45 min before they even started it. It was delivered quickly once it was actually started and the driver followed instructions. When we opened the bag there was no broth for my Pho. I called the restaurant and what sounded to be a young man answered. I told him what had happened and he said I had to contact the delivery person to get some broth. I pointed out that it wasn't the driver who left it out of the order, it was the restaurant. He said they don't deliver (mind you we are a 4 min walk away) so he can't bring it. I then asked about a refund on the pho and he said he didn't know how to do that. I asked if someone there did and he said it was just him and the cook. Long story short the flavor of what I did get was good so I assume it would have been even better with the broth but I guess we will never know because I'll never order again.

Food is very good. The star anise is not as pronounced in the broth as you might have had elsewhere, but definitely still there. It's up to you to decide if that's a good thing or not. I like a lot of star anise, but that's a taste thing so not docking for that. Everything else is very good and highly recommend.

My husband tried to call in and place a pick order but they hung up on him he called again and they hung up on him. He went into the restaurant and placed the order and it took them over an hour for 2 plates of food to be made! Over an hour! Highly don’t recommend.
P11 is one of my favorites on the menu. Staff is very polite. Will be going back.
