We have always ordered dominos or little caesars but tonight my husband suggested Pizza Hut! It was ready in 10 minutes, staff greeted me nicely, and it was delicious. My 4 year old ate 4 pieces 😂 . We will now be ordering from Pizza Hut!
poor customer service... manager Matt very rude and insist he is right and customer is wrong. cant reach anyone with Corp just left on hold. 30 minutes after my pizza was sent on delivery it got here incorrect and cold! driver Sarah was amazing... but they need new management and if the internet system is always wrong and the text updates are too then get those fixed. promised a new pizza. it's been over 30 minutes still no replacement
I ordered a pizza and wings for about $40. Many of the wings were missing. I was advised by the delivery driver who made no attempt to issue me a refund or issue a substitute or replacement. I need a manager to call me at 832-330-3076. I will call your home office if I don’t receive a response today. Terrible experience!
