Honest, comfortability, friendly welcoming, very attentive and amazing hospitality. Today is July 10, 2025. I was met with a server named. Ilyssa she immediately noticed me upon walking in the establishment, asked what would make me comfortable indoor or outdoor when I chose a more outdoor experience she walked me outside sat me down and immediately made me feel more than comfortable. She took her time and very well explained all that was offered from the activities. Everything offered inside as well as outdoors and even went into detail about VIP party accommodations. I am beyond thankful and absolutely blown away of the pure hospitality, honesty, and attentiveness given. Her energy was honest and pure and definitely made me feel welcomed. I also noticed how knowledgeable she was of all menus what is offered and I can honestly say she took her time and explained in depth detail to care about my likes dislikes and preferences when it comes to food and drinks. Ilyssa definitely has my respect and I will make more plans for my own personal return as well as a comfortable clean VIP room to have my business meetings.
I definitely recommend taking time out to visit. If never been enjoy the atmosphere. Enjoy the servers enjoy the environment. It is definitely worth it and I recommend 100%. ! And if possible Please ask for Ilyssa so you can experience what I was blessed to receive!

We had large party of about 14 people on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was awesome, the food was great, and the atmosphere was inviting as it always is. We were pleased as always and look forward to our next meal there!

I’m glad I love the person I was with so we always have fun but extremely poor service, bad, over-boiled food - service was slow., just bad all around and at the end waitress said the printer was down so couldn’t give us a receipt lmao ! The staff need to be retrained, cook fir d and the girl at the front needs to go immediately- never a thank you for coming like nothing - pretty sad there @Rikenjaks !

We live nearby the newest Riknejacks and was excited for it to come to our town. Thus far we have been disappointed. The restaurant is nice, the food is decent but on the expensive side for the quality and the service is horrible. We have been there 5 times only because its so close but 4 of 5 we have had less than desirable service. Our guess is that the owner could care less. There are too many places to spend our money and have a good meal. We wont go back until we hear the owner has taken an interest in his establishment and corrected the service end of things.

The place is huge. It's very relaxed and suitable for families. mini golf, ping pong, and horseshoes are available to play. The staff is very friendly. The menu is quite large and has more of a Cajun flare. There are a couple vegetarian options. I had the power bowl (you can add meat if you want) it was fresh & delicious. It looked like they had a large bar inventory. It's a little loud inside. But there is something for everyone there.
