1st time I went by for kolaches was a few weeks ago. Kolaches were good as always. Went back Saturday 10/18 and they were horrible. Bread was way too thick and tough, very little cheese. Extremely dry. Didn't take long for this branch to screw up a good thing.

Went to get donuts, sat in the drive-through after she told me it was gonna be a minute for 10 minutes. I sat there tried to get her attention. She got rude with me. There was three cars in the parking lot. I don’t know what took them so long, but if I could give them a zero, it definitely would be a zero not recommended.

Kolachies were terrible and didn't have enough of what Zi wanted at 6am on a Friday morning. I grew up on shipleys. Super let down Nothing is like back in the day I know this already but ehhh not sure if I'll give it another chance or not. I was so embarrassed bringing them to my co workers once I saw a dctadted the quality.

I know this place just opened but they really should shut back down and do more training. I have been here 4x and they always get my order wrong, and I don't even order that much food for it to be wrong. I order for myself and 2 kids.....went AGAIN today. Which was a mistake lol....order a cinnamon twist and it was the smallest thing ever. I have gone to a lot of other Shipleys and have never seen them this small, definitely not worth 3$.
I went to Shipleys drive-thru the first time about a week after they opened at around 7:30 am and and ordered boudain kolaches and they said they were out so I ordered 3 ham and cheese kolaches and a blueberry cake donut and got home to find that they only gave me 1 ham and cheese kolache and they gave me a blueberry filled donut instead of the blueberry cake donut. I was upset but got over it because I figured they just opened and everybody is new and they are working out the kinks, so I’ll just show give them some grace and move on. Well today I went and got a blueberry cake donut , for real this time, it was so dry and not even very blueberry tasting, and I got an old - fashioned cinnamon roll that didn’t even have icing on it and not much of a cinnamon taste to it either. My husband got glazed donuts and the glaze didn’t even go all the way around the donut, and he also got 2 chocolate-filled donuts and they looked like they had been run over! I had always heard Shipleys had the “best donuts ever” but these were definitely not the best ever… I’d have to say they were the worst ever!!

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars!! This morning was our first time to ever step foot into this place.. the lady who has a fish hook in her nose was very rude. We ordered what looked to be donut holes and very rude said those only come in 8 and those are not holes they are apple fritters. So then we walked to the left where two kids were and the bags was on the other side so we asked if we needed to come over there and she scuffed her face and shrugged her shoulders. Husband told her it was his first time here she didn’t have to be rude and she just shrugged her shoulders again!!
We will not be back and will warn others as well!

Very Disappointed that you can't get Hot Glazed Donuts. Will continue going to Beaumont because they have Hot Glazed Donuts All Day long. This is the 2nd time I tried to get Hot Glazed Donuts at 9:30 in the morning. A Hot Burn Your Finger Hot Glazed Donut should be made fresh and available all day long. This is what Shipleys made its name on. At least have a microwave to warm them up. Very Disappointed is an understatement at this moment. Gotta do better.

recently stopped by for a quick bite in the early hours of the morning. the kolaches were nice and hot and the donuts were fluffy. the people in front were nice and helpful whenever I had a question regarding the food there.
