I've ordered online numerous of times. Mostly positive experiences. Once I ordered a fall smoothies, paid for it and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up, the worker said they weren't getting any pumpkin orders. He suggested I leave my name and come back?! I asked since I paid for one, can he make me something else, he did. Another time I tried to order for pickup on the way home from the hospital about 1:30pm, it states this location is now closed? I checked Google, it does have new business hours. I haven't confirmed, I don't drive past the location on my direct route. But super disappointed that I couldn't grab it. Will have to call and confirm next time I crave a smoothie.

Yes my boyfriend works for door dash an had to wait for his smoothy for a customer when he arrived there the two employees where sitting in the back on there phones giggling an laughing an then was VERY RUDE to him an he saw the ticket on the printer an should had already been made .. had to wait almost ten minutes.. They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..I as a customer would not an will not be back..Thank you for your time.,

Great smoothies but you might die of old age in the drive thru.
I used to work here, so I have tried most of the smoothies, and most are pretty good. My favorites are the pumpkin yogurt d-lite, strawberry blueberry Greek yogurt, and lean 1 vanilla. My two complaints are that 1) the prices keep going up even though I know for a fact that it’s not expensive to make the smoothies and 2) corporate keeps changing the recipes so some smoothies that were really delicious before are just okay now. I wish they would stop fixing stuff that isn’t broken. None of this is the Lumberton location’s fault though. The store is always clean, the service is quick, and the employees are usually friendly.

It has been 2 years since we last stopped at Smoothie King. My grandson has dairy allergies and the staff was very helpful in a selection for him.
