This store is the worst. This is the second time I have come in and show them my rewards QR code and they dont scan it and take my payment. When you tell them hey you didnt scan it they blame it on you. Yall need to do better!

I have been disappointed by this location many times before. I came in today and got the best iced matcha latte I have ever had. So whoever made that drink at 11:40 for the mobile order on the 7th. You know what you're doing!

Usually the service is good here but today an employee just stood around talking to coworkers while holding my drink(I could tell it was mine because of what it was and how long I have been waiting) and the didn’t even call a name out when she set it down, I checked it and it was mine and I left. this annoyed me greatly.

This location is excellent! I have rarely had problems with my drinks unlike at the Dowlen location in Beaumont. Today we had a minor issue with our drinks and John not only had our drinks fixed, he also gave us both gift cards for our next visit. This is the best service I have had at a Starbucks. The baristas were also busting their tails to get everything done and were still so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 amazing location!

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The girl taking orders in the drive thru sounds rude and annoyed from the start. She cuts you off while you are ordering and has an all around attitude. When I got to the window she told me my total, I held out my phone for her to scan, she looked at my like she was so annoyed scanned my phone and walked away. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink. I ordered the Pumpkin spice frap with Carmel drizzle and Carmel sauce. There was not Carmel drizzle or Carmel sauce, which i paid extra for. She handed me my drink and started to walk away, i asked for a straw, she turned around grabbed the straw and literally threw it out the window at me and then shut the window.
I wasn't even going to ask for my drink to be fixed at this point due to the blatant attitude this girl had for no reason. But best believe I put in a complaint and got my refund. I will not be returning to this location, probably ever, even though it is right down the road from where I live. I will just go to one of the other coffee places in town.
God forbid they have to do the job that they are getting paid to do. Maybe have a class on customer service for your employees, or maybe hire people with some professionalism since this seems to be a common issue for a lot of your customers.

New update: I have gone several times now. I didnt order my regular. This time I got a pumpkin latte. It takes like a peice of pumpkin pie. So good! And my kids love the cream frappes. It is a treat for us all when we go together. ❤️

Update: I've ordered a few more times since my original post. The taste of my cin dolce latte has gotten better. Yesterday it was very good. Today it is ok. I guess it depends on who makes it.

I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. I wasn't impressed. They're normally very good. But they didn't fill it up for the size I paid for. (Medium)
I didn't order food. Their food is frozen. They heat it up. No thanks.
And their floor was filthy. I'm sure they mopped before they opened. But it needed some broom work. They may have been short-handed, too. Idk.
However, I am thankful there's a Starbucks in Lumberton.

I'm here several times a week out of convenience alone, and have been coming since this store opened. I have only been greeted a handful of times. The customer service is better at the Target location in Beaumont now, which is saying something.

Many times, I've waited 10+ minutes for a drink at the counter and nobody even acknowledges me. When I finally speak up or get helped, the drink is often waiting half-melted at the drive-thru window. The barista yesterday laughed and said it happens to her all the time. I know. I'm the one always getting the watered down drinks. I would ask you to remake it, but the general attitude here seems to be that I'm lucky you even made it at all. The one time I did complain several months back, the lady behind the counter shrugged and said she had just clocked in, so what did I want her to do about it?

I've worked customer service and I understand that it's a hard job, but there's really no excuse for how bad it is here. They have a great variety of drinks, but with how often I buy coffee, I unfortunately can't keep spending money for what turns out to be a headache half the time.
