Food and drinks are always good and employees are nice, but they are not always the quickest making them. I’m a former barista so I understand things happen, you get busy, etc, totally understand that. I shrugged it off as coincidence the first time, but this is now two times in a row. The peppermint mocha latte I ordered lacked flavor. It barely tasted like mocha and the peppermint was almost indeterminable. With a quad espresso, I should have at least tasted espresso, which makes me wonder if they actually put in the extra two espresso shots. The people are friendly and provide good customer service, but the drink making has declined a bit.
