I was working late on the road and ended up being one of those customers that walk in 15 minutes to closing time. I really hate doing that and apologized to the workers. The guy just laughed and told me they were open and was ready to make my sandwich!

Wow, subway really has gone down the drain... Didn't even put all my order in the bag that they charged me for... And of course the bag is sealed so you don't find out till you get home. The sandwiches were sloppy.... Like not done right as the instructions on the app... It's not that hard.

We tried the footlong churro & the footlong pretzel. Churro was okay but the pretzel was rock hard & wgen i did try to eat it, it was bland no flavor no salt. I was unable to eat the pretzel at all. Definitely wont order the "soft" pretzel again. What a shame

Stopped in today and Ordered a BLT wrap and a couple other sandwiches. I stated BLT Wrap, Pepper Jack Cheese Sweet onion sauce and veggies and add Smashed Guacamole “were out” ok there was some in the pan. Got home and the giggling girls made some kind of Pizza wrap with pepperoni, ham and not even close to what I ordered for my wife. This is the third time in a row my order was wrong!UnacceptableFire House from now on!

Restaurant was clean and attendant was very polite amd attentive. Only complaint is they did not know how to charge for a pizza combo, causing me to pay more than it should have been. It was waiting time to figure it out so I told him to just charge me separately since I had a short lunch. Not his fault he was not trained to know it.

This place is great. Great quick sandwiches for when your done shopping and just want something easy to get after. I love coming here after school before a football game for something to eat and they have yet to disappoint me. I especially love the lovely old lady that works there. She is a delight who is absolutely hilarious and always brightens my day when I get to see her.

The 1 star is only because I have to in order to leave this review. Stopped in after doing some shopping in Walmart . Which was also a pointless trip I know better . I usually just go to Silsbee Walmart it's so much better. AnywayHannah was terrible you could tell she could care less and only asked the questions she had to. When I asked for lettuce she clearly saw the bad black lettuce right on top . Instead of at least taking it all out she just set it back down and picked some up from right beside it and put it on my sandwich . I did not stop her because I wanted to see just how far this would go. . Skip forward . I get home and sure enough rotten lettuce needless to say it was thrown in the trash. . 2 lessons 1st one Walmart in Lumberton is a waste of time except for the pharmacy part and second I will just continue going to the subway on Main Street where Ms Lyn and all those ladies are . .

The employer ( whit skinny lady) was too rude with me without any reason☹️she was mad and told me the coupon doesn’t work in this one and to go buy from other one, I told her it’s okay just give me one without coupon, it’s for my son and I’m rushing. She didn’t care and did sandwich for another guy behind me and I just told her ( I will come back) but I left with a broken heart . If you are good and kind, God will send a lot of good things to you, and same in opposite way, trust me

Been here several times Dashing and never got treated rude till today. They hadn't started big order and we aren't obligated to wait too long being we are just delivery drivers and not customers. I explained I had other orders and might not be staying! I left and unassigned. No other restaurant takes offense. Another Dasher will be there to pick up the order. It hurts my completion rating. It don't affect they're store at all. They still make money.
