They were very sweet and patient with my indecisive kid. It was not busy and the food looked fresh!
Always so slow and get my order wrong half the time when I order ahead.
Poor customer service when they are told that what they are giving you is wrong. They still give it out and when brought back because it's wrong they literally put it back to resale, instead of throwingit away. When told they shouldn't do that because it's not sanitary and they don't know if the customer touched it, the young man wanted to get rude and loud about it. Also wanted to blame it on a lot going on but there was 2 other people making the sandwiches and he wasn't doing anything after making mine and giving me the wrong cookies.
Went yesterday 08/22. The kid that made my sandwich had poor customer service and not very friendly. Cut the bread weird and treated lettuce like it was gold and didnt want to put much on. Proceeded to soak the sandwich with mustard. I literally had to say whoa to get him to stop. Needless to say, it was not good and I should have just walked out. I actually go to a subway near my house 4 or 5 times a week and Im glad they are not like this one. I will not stop at this one again.

The manger is rude to customer they are outside smoking. No one in store to help they are out of bread so perhaps put the vape down and go make some I come her four times a week for lunch during the week the two young ladies working make it run smooth are great weekends have gone to hell

Kaitlyn and Emma your attitude and lack of any professionalism was such a great experience. The side eye glances and eye rolling while I was placing my order were particularly enjoyable. It was very obvious that you don't like your job or care about the products serve.

This subway keeps hiring people who don’t know how to do their job correctly. Ever since they took away where you can see them making your sandwich, they like to skimp out on the meat and cheese like it’s coming out of their pockets. Some of the workers are also incredibly rude.

Got here an hour after opening, went to walk in and the worker locked the door and walked off. Sat outside for 20 minutes and door was still locked.
Went in today to get a sub, the employee there sent 30 minutes chatting with customers who didn't even want to hear her talk. I had 1 person in front of me in line but it took 30 minutes to receive my food. 30 minutes and she made 2 sandwiches. It was about a 10 minute gap between her toasting my sandwhich and her wrapping it up and finish because she kept trying to make small talk that nobody asked for. She was the only employee in the store. After I paid, I had to reach over the counter to grab my own food because she didn't even hand it to me. I wouldn't bother going to this location if you have anywhere to be ever. Don't waste your time.

Walked in and there was nobody there except the girl behind the counter. I walked to the counter where she had her head down making two sandwiches. She was directly in front of me. I stood there for like four minutes and she never looked up or acknowledged that I was even there. She didn’t say it would be just a minute and I’ll be with you or anything. I stood there a couple more minutes and I said hello! She still didn’t look up. I said never mind and walked out.
