The manger is rude to customer they are outside smoking. No one in store to help they are out of bread so perhaps put the vape down and go make some I come her four times a week for lunch during the week the two young ladies working make it run smooth are great weekends have gone to hell

What can I say, did a online order.... Went to go pick it up and I guess they decided to close the store early.... No sign or anything... Still had a hour they were supposed to be open for....

Kaitlyn and Emma your attitude and lack of any professionalism was such a great experience. The side eye glances and eye rolling while I was placing my order were particularly enjoyable. It was very obvious that you don't like your job or care about the products serve.

This subway keeps hiring people who don’t know how to do their job correctly. Ever since they took away where you can see them making your sandwich, they like to skimp out on the meat and cheese like it’s coming out of their pockets. Some of the workers are also incredibly rude.

Got here an hour after opening, went to walk in and the worker locked the door and walked off. Sat outside for 20 minutes and door was still locked.

Went in today to get a sub, the employee there sent 30 minutes chatting with customers who didn't even want to hear her talk. I had 1 person in front of me in line but it took 30 minutes to receive my food. 30 minutes and she made 2 sandwiches. It was about a 10 minute gap between her toasting my sandwhich and her wrapping it up and finish because she kept trying to make small talk that nobody asked for. She was the only employee in the store. After I paid, I had to reach over the counter to grab my own food because she didn't even hand it to me. I wouldn't bother going to this location if you have anywhere to be ever. Don't waste your time.

Walked in and there was nobody there except the girl behind the counter. I walked to the counter where she had her head down making two sandwiches. She was directly in front of me. I stood there for like four minutes and she never looked up or acknowledged that I was even there. She didn’t say it would be just a minute and I’ll be with you or anything. I stood there a couple more minutes and I said hello! She still didn’t look up. I said never mind and walked out.

I ordered two tuna subs with extra veggies and mayo and mustard online. Well, I didn't even get the regular amount of veggies that a normal sandwich is supposed to get. I didn't get the regular portion of tuna. I mean it was barely enough tuna to taste it. There was no mayo and mustard. I got a dry pathetic looking sandwich. I use to work at subway ten years ago and I know exactly what supposed to come on the sandwich. I wasn't trying to get a salad on a sandwich. But when you open the sandwich and can see the bottom of the bread through the veggies and even though there weren't hardly any veggies on the bread, I still couldn't taste the tuna. I went to this location earlier this week during the day and a nice young lady prepare my sandwich as I would expect being a former employee. I get my last experience 0 stars. I would recommend going during the daytime where they have better employees on staff to prepare your food better.

Website says they close at 9 pm. Welcomed by an employee who rolled her eyes upon our arrival at 8:07 pm. Allowed us to sit and begin eating and then told us the lobby closed at 8 pm so they could clean it. Go figure…

4/3/23 girl behind the counter rolled her eyes as we walked in at 8:07 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m. They let us sit down and open all our food at 8:16 and told us we had to leave for cleaning. 45 mins before closing.
