Literally don’t waste your time coming here they give you the wrong order and get mad when you bring it back, trashy and unclean when I went in and the manager was just as bad I don’t even want to eat what I paid for after seeing how it was inside.
Wanted to add, she tried to blame it on me saying you can’t pick up your mobile order through the drive through? I was like then why does your speaker literally have a prompt asking if you have a mobile order? Why does it let you choose ‘drive-thru’ on the app? 😂 even so, I understand being busy but there was no line and it could’ve been easily avoided had she not literally SHOVED the wrong order in my hands to begin with and closed the window without a word. The only thing I had said up until that point other than my name for my order was “hi!” I don’t know what is going on at this Taco Bell but it’s not worth the trouble and the nastiness inside. Both figuratively and literally! The only saving grace was corporate pushing through my refund, I just threw the food away after seeing how unkempt everything was I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing how the kitchen was .

Just got my food after delivering it and it took them nearly 2 hours just to get it to me and when I did get my food, the drink was half drank and most of my food was severely undercooked and just tasted plain raw
Follow up, I have found multiple amounts of hair in my food, please get this under control

Got my order right im I'm impressed because most other places in silsbee can't. All of my items were in the bag. They also put the lids completely on the cups, I appreciate that.
I was given stale chalupa shells and not given a refund. For the amount Taco Bell is charging they need to do better.

They refused to leave my quesadilla uncut (to be less messy while on the road) all because of some silly claim that a customer left a bad review for doing it before. If the customer goes out of the way to ask not to cut their food it shouldn’t be a big deal. Especially if it saves your workers an extra step. I couldn’t find this review, and honestly think this lady made it up just to be difficult.

🚨🚨 We walked in and waited about 7 minutes while they were staring at us. Then someone came to the counter to take our order, and told us there's at least I repeat at least the 30 minute maybe 45 minutes wait. 👺 EXCUSE ME 30 TO 45 MINUTE WAIT FOR A TACO GET LOST. There were about four people behind us and EVERYONE WALKED OUT 👋👋👋👎👎👎. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 🚨🚨.
