I ordered 5 $8 meals and they were wrong 2 plain and I had to repeat my self about 10 times of what I want . I called the store back once I got home and realized that the order was wrong and no one answered after me calling 10 times

Food is delicious and fresh. Hispanic girl with the nose piercing is so friendly and nice. Cookies were fresh and she even double checked my order to make sure I got everything and told me to have a blessed day which was so sweet.

We chose to go through the drive through today. The lunch shift was kind. All of our food was correct. They didn't forget the straws, napkins, or the dipping sauce which is a plus.

We have been here a few times with our family. Everyone has been kind. The day shift seems to be on top of things more so than the evening shift. The evening shift seems to be out of everything, plus the dining room is sticky/dirty. We cleaned the table before we sat down. The men's bathroom was filthy in the evening time. Try to go during the day if you visit here.

I am very disappointed. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years and the one time I go. It’s some punk kid running the orders that doesn’t know how to follow instructions. Burger was a sloppy lukewarm mess. Fries were soggy, floppy and cold. The best part of my experience today at Wendy’s, was the fancy Wednesday spoon that they gave me, that’s pretty sad.

I ordered ahead thru the app but still waiting at the drive thru window for several minutes. My homestyle potatoes were cold. The croissant sandwich is not on a croissant at all. BUT... I think it's a yeast roll and it's probably my favorite part of the meal. The rest of the sandwich is pretty thin. The French toast sticks are very bland. The parking lot and outside of the building were clean and looks nice

This place always had you pull out of the drive thru to wait on your food which makes the drive thru tile look better but it's actually worse when they have to carry every order out to the vehicle like their a sonic smh.

We arrived around 12:30 pm. The drive-thru was busy but there was no one in the dining room inside. The girl taking our order was not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there but took our order, explaining we may have a 10-15 minute wait because the drive-thru was busy. That was fine I guess but why wouldn't the orders inside and out be taken in the order received? We didn't have to wait for our food that long and it was good. My complaints are that the drink dispenser was out of almost all drinks with the exception of 3-4 choices and it was dirty, every table in the dining room was dirty, the trash receptacles were literally overflowing with trash sitting around the edges because no more would fit in them, there were no paper towels in the ladies restroom nor in the dispenser directly outside the restroom. I walked across the dining room with dripping hands to get napkins to dry them with. The girl who waited on us could be heard complaining about another girl that wasn't there yet who had just walked in unbeknownst to her. They had a audibly tense moment but it ended quickly. I did not bother to ask for a manager since it did not appear anyone in management was even there. If they were, considering the state of the place, they should definitely be replaced. Someone needs to check out this location. With an already low rating here, I can see why but surely the franchisee or management doesn't want it dropping any lower.

When we got there the line was absolutely long. We weren't going to just sit in line and wait about an hour. We went inside and ordered. The lady with the nose piercing had a nasty attitude. The food pricing is nothing to complain about, but when we went to the drink machine, almost everything was out,mostly all the popular stuff like Pepsi,Dr pepper and more. I went to get coke bc that was the best option there. The coke had no flavor, it was basically cabonated water with a different color. I then poured it out and got peace tea,which was no better but it was my only choice. We sat outside bc it was absolutely freezing inside the Wendy's . It was unbearable. When we went outside I almost fell. every single table and chair was more loose then a chickens head and don't even start with the trash. There was LITERALLY trash overflowing outside.There were at least 5 trays out that had been sitting there for a good minute and trash all out in the front. Inside it was sticky towards the drink machine and the tables, oh my god, they were horrible. Trash everywhere. It most likely would have been cleaner just to sit on the ground. I really do feel bad for the Wendy's ,seeing it fall apart like this. I hope they start getting there game up it really needs it.

I've been visiting Wendy's for breakfast on and off for the last year. It's up and down some days are good some days are bad. But today was by for the worst experience I ever had for breakfast. I ordered my wife a sausage burrito and I got a croissant with bacon and egg. Oh yeah we also got the seasoned potatoes which were cold. First thing that told me something wasn't right was when I get into the sandwich I feel like it was biting into something hard I thought it was just an overcooked piece of bacon but it was actually a piece of egg which was like rubber! I've never ever had an egg like that. When I got back to the car, after I took my sandwich to get remade I found out my wifes was the same. Unfortunately she had already eaten about half of it. I don't know what was going on I said I think we'll stay away from here for a while it was nasty I mean nasty! The guy was nice he remade the sandwich for me but it should have never been that way in the first place! Should have taken a picture it just looked weird.
