Christmas Day, I made a last minute stop to get my dad a BK gift card since they were open. Naturally they were busy. It just so happened that my dad was in the drive thru line!!! Tells u how much he loves it! No gift cards available so I decided to pay for his order without him knowing! Despite the pace, the manager Jacob, cashier and team on duty were kind enough to accommodate. Beyond 5 Star service! We appreciate those who work hard on holidays. Thank y'all for your service! Waited over 30 minutes in line for 3 burgers/fries which had already been paid for through the app so couldn't just leave. Even with 3-4 people in front of us, it should not have taken that long.
Air conditioning turned off in the kid's play area again place is dirty didn't have nuggets we left never going will drive to San Antonio instead now I know why only one car there

Drive through is sooo slow. I went 2 times and 2 weeks apart. Both times I waited almost 10 minutes I waiting at the order menu. Waiting after someone told me they would be right with me.

Order went in at 2:05 pm Saturday August 23rd. 3 people that came in after me their orders first. We had ordered only 2 Whoppers. When I finally got up to ask about our order, they hadn’t even started ours. I asked for refund and left at 2:45 pm. No apologies or anything.
