Waited over 30 minutes in line for 3 burgers/fries which had already been paid for through the app so couldn't just leave. Even with 3-4 people in front of us, it should not have taken that long.
Air conditioning turned off in the kid's play area again place is dirty didn't have nuggets we left never going will drive to San Antonio instead now I know why only one car there

nice and cool place to relax and enjoy food from the hot sun. The kids love the play ground, friendly staff now and it’s always clean. New manager keeps up with the cleaning. Great job Burger King

Drive through is sooo slow. I went 2 times and 2 weeks apart. Both times I waited almost 10 minutes I waiting at the order menu. Waiting after someone told me they would be right with me.

Order went in at 2:05 pm Saturday August 23rd. 3 people that came in after me their orders first. We had ordered only 2 Whoppers. When I finally got up to ask about our order, they hadn’t even started ours. I asked for refund and left at 2:45 pm. No apologies or anything.

I went bright and early at 8am, was the only customer there, still waited a good bit...and this was the french toast I got. I guess it should be all good since they gave me a 5 piece instead of 3. 🤦🏻♀️
Play made an online order. And when I got to the restaurant I was unable to order at the speaker. Because it had been broken and requested that I went up to the second window. When I went up to the second window, they informed me that several items they did not have. And we’re trying to replace it with just one item which was fries. So instead of giving my son, his nuggets, fries and mozzarella sticks like he wanted. They just wanted to give me three large fries. The young man at the window was very sweet and was going to try and sweeten the deal with desserts. But my son was not going to eat just fries for dinner. When I asked if my order could be refunded, their policy is not to refund online orders. Instead, they can only offer a five dollar coupon. I believe this is the worst business practice I have ever heard of. I have never had an app nor have I ever ordered from a restaurant that could not give me my money back. But could only offer me a five dollar coupon. Yes I use some of my points from my app. But that does not mean those can’t at the very least also be returned to me. This was a very bad experience, and the manager was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. Never again.

Do not recommend this establishment there is no sodas available inside the floors were very dirty and sticky food was ok service was ok but why have a fancy coke machine inside with no available drinks very unsatisfied for this place for being in a small town with not very many options of restaurants around and as a burger king franchise needs to bring addressed asap

It is fast food not really top shelf but it was cooked well and the order was correct. Play area is clean and good for the kids. Overall not bad for a fast food place.

Well, I ordered a double whopper with extra cheese, no lettuce. Got charged for an the meal and an extra double whopper. Went back they voided the hole transaction and charged me for one. The called my number and gave me a single whopper with out cheese with lettuce. Sent it back and got a double whopper with one slice of cheese. Extra lettuce. Needless to say, I will never go back this location. By the way there is never anyone here I wonder why.
Just went thru the drive thru and I got home to this. Burnt patties. I just got in from out of town and was on the road for three hours and this is what I get. I can’t get a hold of anyone of course to even try to get a refund or help.
I work in the industry for 6 years I've never seen such terrible customer service ended up waiting 6 minutes to get an answer in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes for her to accept my payment and another 5 minutes for my food store cleanliness was terrible from the outside looking in and I have never met such a rude ungrateful just generally bad person at a drive-thru in my life I hope the Burger King corporation sees this I was there at 3: 30pm on June 4th straight terrible only way to describe it will never go back and I live in the area I'll take it across the street to McDonald's
