Well, I ordered a double whopper with extra cheese, no lettuce. Got charged for an the meal and an extra double whopper. Went back they voided the hole transaction and charged me for one. The called my number and gave me a single whopper with out cheese with lettuce. Sent it back and got a double whopper with one slice of cheese. Extra lettuce. Needless to say, I will never go back this location. By the way there is never anyone here I wonder why.

Just went thru the drive thru and I got home to this. Burnt patties. I just got in from out of town and was on the road for three hours and this is what I get. I can’t get a hold of anyone of course to even try to get a refund or help.

I work in the industry for 6 years I've never seen such terrible customer service ended up waiting 6 minutes to get an answer in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes for her to accept my payment and another 5 minutes for my food store cleanliness was terrible from the outside looking in and I have never met such a rude ungrateful just generally bad person at a drive-thru in my life I hope the Burger King corporation sees this I was there at 3: 30pm on June 4th straight terrible only way to describe it will never go back and I live in the area I'll take it across the street to McDonald's

Waited in the drive thru for a while, guy finally told me wait a second, turned into almost 10 minutes, then someone pulls in the other drive thru lane and the guy takes his order instead of us and completely forgot I was there, just left no point waiting there if they're not even paying attention

Went to Burger King in Lytle Tx for breakfast. There was only one manager working the shift by himself. Rafael is his name and he was so courteous while being screamed and cursed at by customers while rushing to get orders out. I felt sorry for him for he was sweating and doing his best to satisfy rude customers.

do not go to Burger King for a while! I just left Burger King this Sunday at 3:50 p.m. there's the skinny guy working in there scratching his head rubbing his face scratching his face picking his nose touching his nose scratching his facial hair and serving food! I was totally disgusted he kept closing his eyes and swaying left to right and running around the restaurant like a chicken with his head cut off! he is definitely on some sort of substance. cannot wait till tomorrow so I can call corporate? thoroughly disgusted!

We have been here several times and each time they are out of something on the kids menu. The restaurant isn’t very clean and have reported this to the manager on duty a couple of times. We were hoping things would get better but it seems nothing will change. So we will not return.

My burger was cold like the meat had been sitting for awhile When I opened my burger the meat was very cold and burnt It was the nastiest burger I’ve ever had

Got my order wrong 2x could not figure out how to leave out onions and tomatoes then only have mustard. Got a burger with meat cheese and mustard twice.
This location is drive thru only apparently. If you go inside, you will wait an a long time for cold food and then get attitude from the staff when you request a refund. They don't acknowledge you. Also not attentive ... Wondering why there never any ice.
We all live here in these small towns Burgerking should be better that SA. RUSH HOUR IS ONLY FOR A LITTLE BIT EMPLOYEES. Take pride in ur work , u matter!

I mean not me waiting in line for 20 minutes to get one burger while I see two employees smoking cigarettes in the back. Like oh my God make it make sense this is the slowest Burger King fast food place I have ever been to ever

I know now why the restaurant was empty. No greeting no sodas restaurant completely dirty. Ice cream machine not operational. Kinda sad. It's the only one in Lytle.
