Wow can't believe how small the food has become. Ordered 3 chicken wings and 3 piece tenders. Food was seriously under sized. My wings are no bigger than a hot wing. Tenders about 1 1/2 -2 inches small. Don't waste your money.

On 11/15/2024 I had experienced great service. Usually I don't leave reviews, but I normally don't encounter a situation where another customer and his family was so rude to the cashier. The cashier she repeated the order twice. The entire family ignored her the first (Due to they were talking with each other) and then said yes to the second. The older lady comes back to the counter and yells she wants her mashed potatoes. The Cashier explained she didn't pay for it but she will exchange her coleslaw for potatoes at no charge. The old lady grabs her personal cup and dumps her water into the coleslaw and says ok now give me my mashed potatoes. The Cashier responded and said politely I am not doing this. You poured your personal drink into it. If you want mashed potatoes now you have to pay. The old lady called for Kevin the family made a big issue. I hope she reads this I really appreciate her and her job well done dealing with a rude family. She handled it well.

This place is seriously a bad joke … the cashier girl needs hearing aids or something cause she got our order wrong and when asked to fix it she refused to and tried blaming us that it was our fault why our order was wrong so I asked to speak to her manager and she flat out refused to let me speak with the manager.. also she tried cleaning the lobby with just water no cleaning solution or anything just water and a rag …. People like this shouldn’t deserve a job if they can’t figure out how to work

Picked up 2 family orders of chicken, biscuits and sides yesterday. Service was great, extremely fast, friendly and the food was good. 2 thumbs up. 😁
Worst experience I've had from a Church's Chicken. Ordered two family meals and they stuffed it all in one bag and everything was spilled out into the bag and smushed. They forgot my gravy and Jalapenos. Food was nasty as Hell. Never eating here again don't recommend any one does. Manager was unhelpful either didn't care that our food was smashed into the bag spilling over. Disgusting

I was very disappointed after a long days work we wanted chicken stopped here and yea no no never again the chicken was old my kids got sick we asked for family orders of sides and got regular servings, the ladies at the drive thru were rude I got 2 family order meals and I asked for ketchup they gave me about 7 packs wow that’s only enough for 2 people. But I don’t recommend this place unless maybe calling your order in before hand.
