Atmosphere was decent considering the area but food was done incorrectly on more than one separate occasion and staff is either on drugs or just doesn't care to even pay attention to the orders being made. In my line at the drive through tonight the amount of parked cars that sent their orders back after we were waiting for over 10mins was about 5 cars already including myself.

Was ordering in person and made me wait 20-30 minutes while people in behind of me waited only 10. By the time i got my food it was straight cold and mushy.

Kid-friendliness: It is a great place for my children to eat and play afterwards at the playground!

At first I was upset. I had ordered four cheeseburgers and asked for them to be plain and got nuggets with BBQ sauce. When I actually got home to check the order the burgers had everything on them and a girl at the window had told us there was sauce at the bottom when there wasn't. Luckily when I called I was handled by Clarissa. She had great communication skills and apologized for my experience. She was able to handle my refund and was very professional. Will be coming back to this location as I can tell they have good leaders and know how to handle customers!

Great frape! The kids at the window probably should take some classes on customer service, maybe public speaking, but it was quick so not really a big deal. Kid probably smoked a j before work 😂 haha
Kid-friendliness: They gave my toddler a toy even though we only got ice creams, no happy meal. Super sweet of the girl at the 2nd window.

For one they couldn’t input my order right. They uncharged all my drinks when I didn’t ask for it & waited in drive thru for 35 min before getting off to get my food where I had to wait another 10 min, only for 3 small meal deals. They literally gave at least 30 other vehicles their food & had me waiting for nothing. They literally had a bunch of kids working & it seemed like none of them knew what they were doing. Don’t waste time here, just go to Burger King.
