WOW. At first glance I thought this food truck was pricey but after seeing the quality of meat served and the portion sizes, I say it's actually very reasonably priced.Each plate was big enough for 2 or 3 people. Just an astounding amount of food! We tried the papas locas and the all-beef cheesy dogs.Is that green sauce really pico de gallo? I like pico de gallo but this sauce was AMAZING. Like a flavor explosion. So delicious. And the brisket is the best brisket I've ever had so I don't know what else to say about that.The hot dogs are more like sausage, they're huge and juicy, incredibly flavorful. My kids wanted to go straight back for more. We all can't wait to come back next time.

We recently moved to Redbird Ranch and have been enjoying trying out the various food trucks in the area. Little did I know that the best one yet would come directly to our park and deliver top notch brisket with a magical green sauce right to our own neighborhood! The owner was very kind and seems to love what he is doing. It came through in the flavors and generous portion sizes. My family looks forward to your return to our subdivision next month and next time we will bring a long some friends to try it out as well! The cheese dogs and papa's locas were simply phenomenal. Thank you for a great dinner!
