WOW. At first glance I thought this food truck was pricey but after seeing the quality of meat served and the portion sizes, I say it's actually very reasonably priced.Each plate was big enough for 2 or 3 people. We recently moved to Redbird Ranch and have been enjoying trying out the various food trucks in the area. Little did I know that the best one yet would come directly to our park and deliver top notch brisket with a magical green sauce right to our own neighborhood!
