Took an hour to make my door dash order
Never answered the phone when I called 4times
Last time instead of making my order they just cancelled it
While I already payed for it nobody to get ahold of to complain about the service

Never fails. Either the app doesn't work, or the order takes forever. Last visit my order was given to someone else and I was never informed. Instead, I had to flag someone down to ask about it. I was then informed it was given away, and nobody cared to tell me. The manager remade my order and gave me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit. Today, we ordered at 2:54pm. One burger and mozzarella sticks. Order came out at 3:09pm, cold and no marinara sauce. This is frustrating because we go on our lunch break and don't have time to go back to get the orders corrected. Please get it together.

I’m very disappointed in this sonic. Multiple times in a row now I’ve placed a simple #1 meal. I’ll be there with no other vehicles except maybe one in the drive thru. I’ll see other vehicles come in, order, get their food and leave while I have still received nothing after half an hour. I’ll buzz back in, ask where my order is, and be told, “sorry, it looks like your order was never put in.” And I’ll tell them how frustrating that is, and just get a flippant reply back of, “Sorry you feel that way.” So if you go to this one, be wary and don’t pay until you actually get your food.

I don't know if it's new management or a high employee turnover, but I can't get accurate orders or fast service. They've brought out wrong orders to me. Orders have taken 20 to 30 minutes when I was the only one there. This place just isn't worth visiting.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Sonic in Lytle. I ordered ahead, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, but when my food finally arrived, it was cold and my order was completely wrong! I had placed the order an hour before, so there’s no excuse for the delays or mistakes. This location clearly has some serious issues with customer service and food preparation.

Card scanners do not work at the drive up stations, you have to trust the literal teenagers to run your card honestly

I don’t recommend working at the lytle Sonic drive in because of a certain female manager that always has a bad attitude. She is abusing her position as management which mind you she did not earn. (SHE WAS GIVEN THAT POSITION BY HER MOTHER WHO WAS MANAGER THERE BEFORE) She is always on her phone when she tells the rest of us to stay off of it. She picks at the customers food before it gets sent out or she takes the food for the customers for herself and we have to make it over. She is also dating another manager on staff and he looks the other way. So yeah I don’t recommend working there unless you like to be verbally abused and have your hours taken away just because you speak your mind to her.
I had to wait 10 minutes in the stalls for no one to answer the thing to take my order which was just an online pick up so I had to go to the drive through where they told me to wait one moment yet again (around 5 minutes) and then when I got my order the drink was spilled over in the drink holder and I only saw one drink and when I told them about it there was no apologies given or nothing for my drink that was spilled over in the drink holder I was told no it’s in there. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, sub par food!!!!!

Slowest service ever! I just ordered a drink and tots. It took 20 minutes just to get my order. I had to push the button to remind them. I had an order and then somebody came out.
