I went by at 730pm and they said they were “out of everything “. The service is very slow and for that reason I don’t go often, but this is the 3rd time over a few months that they tell me that. One time I asked for flatbread and he said he was out and it turns out he just didn’t want to go get it from the back. I am in the restaurant business and can tell you that this location is very poorly run.

Every time I’ve visited this location, I’ve had unpleasant experiences. Today there was no ice in the machine and I was made a sandwhich with rock hard bread. I knocked on it and it sounded like wood. When you walk about the dining area you can feel poor management runs this location. Dirty tables and floors & very low stock on chips. I feel for the young ones that work here because it’s obvious they’re trained to get by. I should’ve made a sandwich at home.

Being a privately owned franchise I would assume Subway corporation standards still have to be met. Not easily visible at this location. On a positive note. A possible new employee expresses the most cheerful and positive work attitude. Dark haired and tall with a big smile, very professional for a young person, this is the best way to describe her.

The sandwiches were great today. Fresh ingredients and bread and great service. My only consistent complaint with the Lytle location is that the ice machine for the fountain sodas has been broken for awhile...more than 6 months if not a year. Whenever we ask, the manager is always across the street at HEB getting ice.

Got doritos footlong nachos. Poorly made, no cheese. Barely tomatoes and onions alot of Chipotle sauce little jalapeños. Not worth it.

Machine had no ice and manager who was not working told the girl inside that there was no ice. She told him there was some in the back. Once manager had left I asked for ice and she said there was none. I asked if there was some in the back and she said no. WTH seriously. We paid for cups and didn’t get refunded for one.

I went in to purchase 2 foot longs. I requested the Heartymultigrane bread, employee tells me they're out, so then I ask for the Italian Herb and cheese bread, again he says they're out, I ended up selecting what he had....Then, I asked for Provolone cheese, he said they didn't have any only Pepper Jack and cheddar....I wanted the colcuts trio....He said they didn't have any...I walked out

I went to pick up my order and the order was not made yet and a family was there already and the employee started making my order first then made the whole family's order while my sandwich sat there after coming out of the oven . She proceeded to make and plate the family's order while mine sat there on the line then she finished and bagged my order and gave it to me before cashing out the family . I got back to work and the chicken sandwich was not toasted at all . The cheese was nearly starting to get dark and wanted to melt but did not . Cheese still had it's shredded shape . And the chicken chunks were cold on the inside and dressing was not spread throughout the sandwich . I went back to ask for a remake that is nice and warm with melted cheese and warm chicken at least . And the Clark responded with " well it was fresh i made it right in front of you " and i stated i watched her make the family order while mine sat getting cold and stated she's the assistant manager . But does not care about customer service . I did not ask for any hangouts . Only for a nice warm chicken sandwich with melted cheese and toasted bread

They never have bread or the bread you would like some people do work over night and would like a freshly made sandwich before they go into work it's always in the evening time oh but the worker was getting herself a nice portion of guacamole for herself for her to eat dont recommend
