Slow and rude employees, food is ok when it's hot and not served cold. Maybe ask for extra meat last 3 times this week little to NO meat lol

After no one being at counter I attempted to use the kiosk after waiting 5 minutes. I was having trouble placing order meanwhile someone else walked in and the drive thru cashier came to take their order. I tried to let her know I was having a hard time on the kiosk to no acknowledgement at all. Finally got order in and received no text with receipt. 15 to 20 minutes later got the order in a to go bag and received some 1/2 inch taco supremes.Won't stop there again.

Ordered 3 Nacho Cheese Dorito Loco tacos and they gave me three regular nondorito tacos. Paid for more to receive less.

We ordered two soft taco supremes with steak and a steak grilled cheese burrito. There were 6 other folks in front of us and the drive-thru was busy. I waited about 10 minutes before I bugged someone to give us our cups, so we could get a drink while we waited. It took another 5 minutes before we got the food, but again they had other customers. My issue is with the steak. It was extemely salty/spicy and looked like roast beef in gravy. I took two bites and couldn't finish my tacos. At first I thought it was the 2 fire sauce packets I added, so I switched to the other one without sauce and had the same problem. I was convinced that Taco Bell had changed their steak, but, after a little research, this is what happens when the steak is unsold and left to sit for the next day. Never ordering that again and honestly not sure if we will return.

The manager on duty recently is terrible. Makes you feel intimidated, won't accept cash, and I'd very rude. My fiance and I used to love taco bell and after 2 bad experiences we will not be returning for a while. Go to another location.

Vegetarian options: You can literally substitute anything with black beans (veg option that I still prefer as a now meat eater) and it's same price and delicious. Best vegetarian fast food chain option imo.

Food was as I expected. My problem is with the service. The restaurant was completely empty when I came in; no other costumers. No friendly greeting when I came in, just computer ordering stations. I get it. TB just trying to more efficient, I guess. Except it wasn't more efficient.

Placed my order and requested a text receipt. Did not get the receipt. Sat and waited for ten minutes, which felt like a long time as there were no other customers except a few at the Drive-thru. Two other guys came in and also placed orders. After a few minutes, their order was ready. So now I know something is definitely up. Annoying, but it happens.

I go up to the counter and finally get to speak to an actual employee. I explain that I've been waiting a long time. She asks me if I placed an order. I tell her that I did, but something must have gone wrong. She walks away. I wait some more. Another employee asks me if I need something. While I try to explain the situation to him, he just looks at me blankly, like he can't quite comprehend what I'm saying.

Turns out the fist employee has gone and found my order and is putting it together. Obviously, they completely overlooked it. I got no apologies, no "Sorry, about that.", nothing. Twenty minutes after ordering, she brings my tray of food. I have to ask for a cup for the drink I paid for. Again, no apology. The two employees that I interacted with just seem so dazed and confused.

I have never in my life been to a Taco Bell where they flat out will not honor happy hour prices unless you ask SEVERAL times. Every time I come they act like they don’t even know what that is. The girls currently working the drive through are super rude!

Order was severely messed up. Grilled cheese burrito came with no grilled cheese on top or in it, barely warm. Soft tacos are the smallest I've ever seen and had to pull back around to get items that they forgot.

The staff are exceptionally nice, providing friendly and attentive service. The lobby was spotless, with a welcoming atmosphere. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!
