I have heard many great things about this Bar-B-Que place and I made the trip from city three times and finally 4th time found them open and with food. Previous times I arrived a bit too late and they were closed due to sold out. You have to wait in a long line and early at 11 AM. Brisket is good nice long thick strips just lacks flavor and juice. Ribs perfect, sausage amazing. Here's what I did not like. I am a tator salad kinda gal and it had lime juice and cilantro! I did not expect that it was like eating at a Mexican restaurant. Same thing with their Elote , which is corn. It was smothered in lime taste. Don't get me wrong I like lime but prefer it on my street tacos! Dessert I got their chocolate pudding cake and it was doused in pecan shavings and chunks of pecan , it killed the chocolate flavor. For the 1 hr 14 minute drive, it was not worth it. It's pricey too fyi. The staff and family that run it are very sweet.

Amazing food and service at B4barbeque. Nolan, Emily, and the staff make the experience exceptional. We ordered the B4 Belly Buster that included Brisket, turkey, sausage links (made in house), Rib, meat candy, twinkie, 3 sides, drink, and a dessert!You won't be made about this platter. Pro tip, order some dessert to take home! The Sweeney family definitely will be back!

Well folks we in the CCL area are extremely lucky to have two very very very good barbecue joints in our backyards! When you're talking about barbecue at this level it comes down to the personal twist that each proprietor puts on their meats and I have to say that B4 is now my new absolute favorite!Scrumptious!!!
We went a couple of times and got there late and it was sold out. Saturday we got there earlier and got to eat. It was the best bbq brisket sandwich I’ve ever ate. I could t find a flaw in anything. The bbq was perfect, the sauce was as good as I’ve had, and even the buns are brought in from a small bakery. The sides are unbelievable. The owner was very friendly walking around sitting and speaking with customer’s. You can tell the restaurant is his baby. He thought of all the details and it shows with the food.

Top shelf BBQ in Mabank, TX! In just under an hour, we were in Mabank and had a couple of trays full of delicious bbq. We ordered a B4 Sampler and a couple of two meat plates. We loved every bite and can’t wait to get back for more.

After seeing the famous meat church video featuring B4, I googled where Mabank was and realized it was close by! After waiting too long I finally got to try it today. We ordered the brisket sandwich, brisket elote, Mac and cheese, a Texas Twinkie and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch tres leches ? It was by far the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. This place is already so popular but it’s quickly gaining more attention. Get there early if you want to try everything because they sell out quick.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals :)
Nolan and Emily are family to us and this restaurant is built with Love not to mention some of the tastiest barbecue you’ll ever find the new approach changes traditional favorites to make them just freaking amazing the Texas candy the poppers the brisket the ribs this is the only smoked turkey I’ll eat I’m very picky but I will definitely say that this restaurant is 15 out of 10 highly recommend I will send friends family loved ones This is worth a drive out of Dallas to go get this. They sell out fast because they can’t predict how many people are going to be there a day but I mean get there first early and enjoy.

Visited B4 BBQ from Florida after watching an episode of Meat Church featuring them.Went to see family in texas and took the drive to taste for myself.Needless to say, the food was INCREDIBLE!!!Had a little bit of everything and loved it.Bought some Jalapeño Glaze, BBQ sauce and dry rub, but unfortunately, TSA had other intentions and took the bottles away . I’m sure they know how good this sauces are, and schemed to take the for themselves!! LolSending my sister today to go buy me more rub and the jalapeño glaze to ship it to me.Now, the one thing I absolutely can’t leave out of this review is that Nolan and Emily effortlessly, did provide the absolute best customer service I have personally experienced in any restaurant Ive ever been to.These folks are amazing! The rest of the staff was marvelous as well, but Nolan and Emily, which I believe is Nolan’s wife, are classy, friendly and accommodating people. You feel welcomed and like they’ve known you forever when you interact with any of them.So thank you Nolan and Emily!! My sauces didn’t make it to Florida, but Im making sure they do now !!
