I would not ever eat here again. I would not refer anyone to eat here again. The bacon cheeseburger took all of 4 minutes to get out to my table. I do not know what kind of meat cooks that fast and is burnt and dry but I'm sure it's something it was warmed up in a microwave and with a slap of cheese on it and two pieces of bacon that chipped a tooth. The waitress offered for me to have another one made which I declined and they still charged me for it. I ordered a cheese steak and chicken teriyaki to go I'm praying the chicken teriyaki is better than the cheeseburger but they did not give me cheese steak they gave me cheese sticks. Stay away from this place.

We were looking for food and was sad that our favorite burger place in the area was now closed on a Sunday.. so up popped Big Deal Burger. There was some good reviews both on Yelp and Google - not many but enough. We decided to give it a shot. We called the number associated with the place and the lady said they didn't serve burgers.. say what?? Red flag #1. Then changed her tune and said they only take online orders. Okay... so we placed an order online. It asks you to customize each burger - Mayo, mustard, onions, tomatoes, etc. The total ended up being like ~$65+ for 5 burgers and fries! A little pricey but whatever if they're good. We arrived to the Dickey's and apparently they're just a part of Dickey's BBQ. They didn't have the order ready when we got there.. they didn't even start making them yet! The staff looked like they didn't want to make the burgers at all! Then we were given soggy fries, burgers that looked like they came from frozen patties (who knows how long they've been frozen for), and the condiments/tomatoes/lettuce, etc were given separately all in a box! They had you customize it on the online order and couldn't even bother to put the sandwiches together! Not to mention they didn't give enough tomatoes for more than a slice for each burger.. and it was shredded lettuce (the stuff you buy in at grocery store in the bag). The burgers tasted horrible - quality was worse than Whataburger and McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and just order from the fast food chains.. you'll probably get better burgers for half the price!

Was staying in this area for work and saw this pop up on door dash. Ordered the double royal with cheese and it was really good! Fries were covered in cheese sauce which was really good. Food was well packed and delivered hot. Will definitely order again next time I'm in the area.

The double cheeseburger was absolutely off the hook. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Came through town on business , stopped by for a burger and was 100% satisfied. Top notch all the way.
