BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I ordered online on January 3, 2024 and sent my husband to pick up our order. I ordered the Texas Grande Family Meal with the following options: 8 Piece leg & theigh, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and baked mac & cheese. I added a regular side order of fries as well. When my husband arrived home I started to get everything out of the bag when I noticed it wasn't what I ordered. The following was included in the bag: 13 pieces of mixed chicken, 3 small tubs of coleslaw, 1 ;large tub of baked mac & cheese, and 6 honey butter biscuits. No big deal; I call the store to try and get my order fixed and send my husband back to get our missing food.. I just wanted the food I ordered and paid $40.37 for. So, I explain nicely and calmly to the employee what the problems was and before I can finish telling him what the issue is he stops me mid sentence stating "Ma'am is the order for (insert my name) because if it is I'm looking at the screen for your order now and it says you ordered the Texas Grande Meal with the 16 piece chicken, coleslaw, mash potatoes, and mac & cheese." He repeats himself several times as I'm explaining that is not what I ordered and could provide proof as I was looking at my order that I had submitted (I checked it several times before submitting payment). He proceeds to get attitude with me and states "ma'am I don't know what to tell you". I will never order from this location EVER again and unless you love getting ripped off I don't recommend you order online.. check it before you leave, don't expect good customer service, and if you don't get what you paid for expect to be out the money with no food or anything to make it right. All I wanted was what was ordered and paid for.. I wasn't asking for anything extra or anything like that (even though he drove 7 miles there and back and we would need to wait longer to eat).. I just wanted what I paid for.. now I'm on to spend more money to feed my family dinner.. ORDER ONLINE FROM THE MABANK LOCATION ONLY IF YOU LOVE GETTING ROBBED
