This place has young kids working, but they are friendly. But my favorite part is the old men that come in and sit around talking or playing dominoes. Just some reasons I moved to the country.

JR makes the best blizzards. Every time I go he knows exactly who I am and he makes visually good looking and tasty blizzards. You can tell he cares about what he’s presenting to you. I heard them get onto him for making my pumpkin pie blizzard look like an actual pie with the crust but he deserves a raise for the extra attention he gives.

I have the dq app on my phone and had a $5.00 redemption coupon. After spending $25.25 for lunch, I went to redeem my coupon, I was told I need to spend another $5.00 , because I didn't redeem it the time of my 1st purchase. I wanted a mini blizzard after my meal not with or before it. The female said " you can't do that. I told other places did it and she said they weren't suppose to. I said " forget it " and since I had already pushed " redeem ", I had lost the $5.00 coupon. I tried contacting the web page on my receipt and it doesn't exist. Don't advertise something if you're not going to honor it. And before I left another woman brought in a large dog. It was " not " a service animal. I saw her kissing on the dog, other people saw it too. It was time for me to leave.

was just served by the sweetest young lady ever. unfortunately she looked so cold and when i told her she needed more layers, she informed me that employees aren’t allowed to wear jackets over their uniforms??? how stupid. it’s literally abt to get down to 20° this week, yall are gonna get someone sick. and yeah, they could buy the $20-30 jacket (that managers get for free conveniently enough lol) but if they don’t have the money for it, they’re SOL. long sleeves under a work shirt is not enough to keep you warm especially when you’re working in the window. just sounds like they don’t care abt their employees which is just bad management and really disappointing. i hope DQ reconsiders this stupid decision because i don’t like eating somewhere that doesn’t make sure they’re employees stay healthy and warm. shame on yall. really just a crazy decision and im sure it goes against some right of the employees’
Went threw drive thru Sunday morning order 1 biscuit n gravy n small coke, get the window almost got my food n they charged me for a sausage didn't ask for that took my food bk n took sausage out get down the road take a drink it was dirt coke. Not s hard order and cashier was very rude and has no customer service.

Was there today and the drive thru ppl were so rude,... it took them almost 20 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. It was chicken strips and nachos. The Dr. Pepper was nasty so we had to switch out drinks. I think the owners need to come check things out...
