Jalisco's Mexican Grill Restaurant

I would give zero stars if it was possible this place is overpriced under portioned and taste horrible for one who puts bean and cheese nachos in a to go container slot for enchiladas, and instead of spreading them out, literally stacked them on top of each other so that every time you grab one, the one underneath get stripped of everything on it And the sad part is is that was the best part of the meal the taco salad I Got had a gravey cup of meat Which was not even enough to fully cover the bottom of the taco shell So assuming I was just upset about that my wife thought I was over exaggerating on the taste that is until she tried my food. She literally had to spit it out because it tasted so bad. Let me say that again. SHE HAD TO SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE IT TASTED SO BAD And then the kids, meals any other restaurant will give you a normal container full of food for your kid. This one gives you a to go box for a pie a pie to go box with a couple nuggets and a couple fries thrown on top of each other. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time with the restaurant. I will never eat at this horrible place again and I suggest you don’t either. There’s plenty of places that your money would be better spent.

They have gotten several bad views within the past year or less that tells you this place has gone to shit, but what really tells you this place does not deserve your money is the fact that someone not even from around here stopped in, tried their horrible food and their horrible drinks and got greeted by a horrible owner with horrible People skills And what did they get for that review? The owner got salty So out of the countless reviews, he doesn’t reply to. He decided to reply to the one that mentioned how horrible he was personally, and he didn’t reply professionally at all, he replied like a Spoiled brat child, who was upset for someone calling him out instead of just owning the fact that their food Sucks their drinks suck This is a common reoccurring statement instead of fixing it. They are attacking the people who spent money at their restaurant And they’re doing so with sarcastic backhanded insults they can’t even be brave enough to say what they really mean the lake is our home and probably will be for most of our lives And in that time frame We will never spend another dime here and I will make sure everyone knows they shouldn’t waste their money here either you deserve to go out of business

I will start with the positive. Our waitress Leslie was very nice. We ordered Large Margaritas on the Rocks. They tasted like weak lemonade & were absolutely disgusting. I took one drink & sent it back & got a beer instead. I ordered Tacos al Carbon with Fajita Beef & Chkn thinking that would be a safe item. This was the WORST mexican meal that I have ever had out at a Restaurant. I took one bite of each & was just so disappointed. My waitress asked why I didn’t eat my meal- I told her exactly why. The Manager never came over to our table to try & make things right. The next morning I was SICK & PUKED !!!! Please DO NOT GO TO THIS MEXICAN RESTAURANT !!!!!!!

We absolutely love this place. My husband loves the steak, out of all places in the lake, this is his go to. My perosnal favorite is the Ceviche Tostadas. Even though there is a Jaliscos in Kaufman and in Dallas, they are nothing like this one. We go there once a month and I try something different everytime and never dissatisfied. Servers are always nice when we come in and helpful explaining the menu when we need substitutions. If yall haven't already stop by and try this place.

Awesome food. The waitress was quick to respond to our table. Nice selection of dishes. We got a wobbly table, so we had to move. It's a little too dark inside. And most of the parking spots are across the street.

To start of with the lady only came to our table twice the entire hour we were there and it felt very rushed and she took forever when she did come to our table it was not busy there were only 4 tables and a lot of people just standing in the kitchen and we were waiting to ask her for a to go box and she never came back when went to go get a to go box and finally when I got one they had already cleaned my table and I dint finish all of my food it was 21$ and still had plenty of food left it was the the most unwelcoming place I have ever been to and the service was terrible
