They have made improvements since I was there last. The restaurant looked cleaned from the last two times I was there over a year and a half ago. So, good job in your efforts. Although they were packed with people, they were very good at doing their job, being overwhelmed with orders. It took longer than I expected, but that was due to all the people. Thanks to the employees for all the hard work.

If I could give zero stars I would, Saturday March 16 I sat in a completely empty drive thru lane watched a car order wait in line then pay, get their food and leave, meanwhile I’m still sitting at the speaker, I waiting another 4 min before driving off to come inside just to have my order taken.. kinda defeats the whole point of a “drive thru” this whole place should be restaffed seriously it’s been this bad of service for months!!!

I do not recommend this resteraunt. The food is bad every time we come here. Management and staff used to be top notch and has been traded out with employees who do not want to be here or deal with customers at any level.

Traveling Hope
We're in the area visiting and it's become a joke to see if we can manage to get all of our food when we visit here. We usually order in the app and use curbside pickup (although we've switched to using drive through as the employees were having to come to our car multiple times). When brought our food, there was always something missing. Forgot the ice cream cone once. The next time they forgot all three drinks and only brought out the bag of food. Forget the milk with the happy meal on one visit. Forgot the bottle of water on another visit. One time they did accidentally make one burger twice (special order) and so they gave it to use free. The food is always correct when it comes out and always delicious, but it's a challenge to bring it all out at once, apparently.
