The salad bar quality has seemed to go down hill as there's no bacon bits, boiled egg, cottage cheese and other items that used to be available. Just a bummer cause the price is still the same price minus these items. Whatever Ranch yall are using, trash it, it's awful I could not even finish my salad it was so awful. Besides that everything else was good. The service was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

TERRIBLE customer service, the blond little girl at the window I think she said her name was Allison or something I couldn’t her here because she was mumbling. She needs to learn some manners. She was very UGLY towards customers on her phone 24/7 just very UNPROFESSIONAL it’s crazy how these restaurants just hire anyone. I’m a business owner and personally I would never have such a unmannered girl in my store really do better Pizza Hut get better employees. It’s disgusting how desperate these jobs are to hire people like that. She’s bad for business Rolling her eyes, cussing, standing at the counter on her phone, acting like she doesn’t care. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE.

Please, I’m BEGGING y’all, go back to how you’ve been making your pizzas for years and stop coating everything with garlic. I don’t have garlic selected as a topping, yet every pizza I’ve gotten recently has been 100% covered in it. This has happened at least 5 times now, and I’ve even tried calling in after placing my order through the app to specifically request that they don’t put garlic on my pizza to no avail. 3 stars only because these guys had consistently phenomenal service for years prior to the last couple months. If I wanted my pizza coated in garlic against my will, I would go to Domino’s - it sucks that this Pizza Hut has apparently switched over to that same process.

Went for Pizza At GBC Pizza Hut on 12.19.24 for lunch. Been there many times but today it was a shock! Pepperoni Pizza tasted like it was cooked an hour earlier! 11:30am!!!
Chicken Alfredo was tasteless. Sad to see the quality go downhill like this....

Very disappointing experience today. We arrived just a few minutes before opening, and despite standing in the rain, they wouldn’t let us in, the manager even came to the door, held up his fingers, and said ‘3 more minutes,’ then walked away. Staff just stood around inside and ignored us, refusing to unlock the doors until exactly opening time. It’s a small thing that could’ve shown they cared about their customers, but instead, we were left cold and wet. Won't be returning anytime soon if that’s how they treat people waiting to eat at their restaurant.
