Went for Pizza At GBC Pizza Hut on 12.19.24 for lunch. Been there many times but today it was a shock! Pepperoni Pizza tasted like it was cooked an hour earlier! 11:30am!!!
Chicken Alfredo was tasteless. Sad to see the quality go downhill like this....

Very disappointing experience today. We arrived just a few minutes before opening, and despite standing in the rain, they wouldn’t let us in, the manager even came to the door, held up his fingers, and said ‘3 more minutes,’ then walked away. Staff just stood around inside and ignored us, refusing to unlock the doors until exactly opening time. It’s a small thing that could’ve shown they cared about their customers, but instead, we were left cold and wet. Won't be returning anytime soon if that’s how they treat people waiting to eat at their restaurant.

Horrible service came in for the buffet and was not even time to close it up and didn’t get no service when buffet was fully open and servers were just chatting in a group this is why I prefer Athens location !
Best service of any delivery type business, pizza hut took a long time dominoes customer away from them with the best customer service we have experienced in a long time thanks to all pizza hut employees involved in training great job

Always great to find a Pizza Hut that still does a buffet. Going inside was like going back in time. The atmosphere was nostalgic in a good way. The food leaves a bit to be desired but not bad for the price of the buffet ($10.99). Buffet is small but was kept well stocked even during the after-church rush on a Sunday.

$6.49 for delivery is ridiculous. That is why I canceled my order. Waste of money. Food is good and so is the service. Delivery is outrageous. Will not be ordering any delivery.

I have eaten at several Pizza Hut's in the area including this one and never had the poor service I had today! I have always been able to request a cheese pizza and one is ALWAYS made for me on their buffet. Today after asking my waitress twice she finally informed me that they would not make me a cheese pizza because they had already made two. I was in the restaurant at 12:30 p.m. There was no reason they could not have made me a pizza. And the service by the dis-interested waitress was atrocious! Worst ever! I will not go back!
They were a little later on my order than they said. They seemed to be short handed
