Every time I order from this subway they are out of something on my order, cups so you can’t get fountain drinks, bread, wraps , cookies. Then they don’t want to refund you, they want you to pick something else of equal or lesser value. I use the app to order because the service is so slow, so that way they get a 45 min head start so my order is ready when I get there. Many times it is not, because they were out of something. They say we tried to call, but the number that comes over your phone from them is not subway so not answered because it looks like a spam call. The kiddos working are nice enough, but seem not to have any authority to make things right with your order.

Came from another subway wasn't happy with the experience, these guys were great! The acknowledged everyone that entered with a smile. They were a little backed up but kept letting us know they were sorry and were working as fast as they could. Very refreshing and the food was fresh and good

Ordered 2 sandwiches through the app, said it was supposed to be ready at 11:25 and the app said ready. Went in to pick up and they had just started working on them. Two people making the sandwich proceeded to loudly complain about the order (which weren't over complicated by any means) and me, not realizing I was sitting there, or not caring.

Sandwich bread was hard as though it had been sitting out, way too much mayo and lettuce tasted old. The young lady was in such a hurry she had to bring up our coupon without the drink because the machine was broke. BAD experience!

The 3rd time I've been in there and I remembered why after I had already place my order!! No chips no turkey no drinks and no cookies!! This was at 6pm.. The boy was so high he couldn't even remember what you told him!! The young lady I felt bad for because he would partially make a sandwich then push it off on her!! Took 45min just to order a salad and a cold cut!! This was my last time going into this establishment!! Oh I should have known that it was still bad when a guy that was triple charged and they told him it would be tomorrow before he would get anything done.. The food I got was good but service and availability sucks!! 11-20-23

Order a tuna sandwich. It feels like they just put 2 scoops of meat when it is supposed to be 4. The young lady at the place looked so upset to the world the whole time, and the bread looks like they just threw dough and cheese together. The inside of the place doesn't look the cleanest.

The young man behind the counter (Brandon) was very friendly and patient with my decision making and the 2 part payment method I had to use. It seems that so often when we go out to eat we are treated poorly ignored. Thank you Brandon for being a breath of fresh air!

Worst subway ever. I work outside and the lady making my food had a nastier hat than I did. Gave attitude to my foreign coworker because he doesn’t speak really good English. No chips were out had to get them out of the box ourselves. All trash cans FILLED to the top. If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would!
