This was my 4th or 5th time to get food here. Meat was great, I specifically asked for fatty brisket and MAN it was out of sight. The accompanying potato salad had a little sweet lean to it which worked perfectly with the beans and meat and BBQ sauce. Wasn't too impressed with my past visits, but this one totally blew my skirt up. Looking forward my next visit.
We stopped by around 11:30 with high expectations given the reviews. We ordered sausage and ribs. The sausage was good but not 5 star good. The rib was a bit chewy and not tender enough. Not sure whether it was because our early arrival and ribs were not quite ready yet.
We asked to get chopped brisket to take to our son’s house warming party and even though they didn’t have it on the menu they were very accommodating and chopped some for us. Some of the best bbq we’ve had.
