Just grabbed some food for the road from this location. The guy that took care of me was awesome and very friendly. Been eating Shipley Donuts (Shirley's, iykyk) my entire life, and these were probably the best Shipley kolaches that I've ever been served.

Open very early in the morning. Staff was rather bored. Very large fritters (quite of messy eating them). Donuts were fine.

Full 5 starts. I got a jalapeño sausage and cheese kolaches with a chocolate filled. Bread is soft and moist. I'm from Houston, and I haven't had a good kolache from Shipleys in a good while since before covid, and this one definitely hot the spot. Thank you. I had like a icing filled donut I wanna say it's called cream filled I haven't had one in over 10 years and I ended up buying like 5 they were fresh and delicious definitely recommended

Ordered 6 jalapeño kolaches only to find out later that they only gave us 5. I know, with things the way that things are today, I should have checked. Buyer beware of getting ripped off at this donut shop.
This is the worst Shipley I have been to.the donuts were old and actually not edibleI have tried to stop there when I pass by and have never to date ever got a fresh donut let alone a hot one have no idea how they stay in business do your self a favor drive right on by or you can get a far better snack across the street at Bucees

An especially terrific Shipley donuts. The donuts are top-notch, even fresher and more colorful than I’d expect to find at an average Shipley. Stellar sausage, cheese and jalapeño kolaches. The owners and staff are very polite and helpful and pleasant. This might be my favorite Shipley I’ve been to, and I’ve been to plenty. If you’re nearby, like donuts, this is definitely a winner!
Parking: Can’t imagine this parking lot getting too full or preventing me from getting Shipley.
