this is disgraceful. these burritos were mostly tortilla and i paid $2 each. if i wasnt on the road, i would demand my money back. i have never in my life seen a bean burrito *this* small from a taco bell. never going back!

Taco Bell in Madisonville,Tx has to be one of the worst restaurants I have stop at. When I arrived I ordered my food and I waited just like everyone else. When I seen everyone leave I questioned where my order was. Well then afterwards they had just placed a bag without saying a name so we asked if it was ours. The guy “Wyatt” took the bag and I seen him unbag everything and didn’t even answer our question. He then was just throwing the food and dropped it. This place had no manager. When I asked if I could speak to a manager he said she’s not here. I said okay can I get a number. When he then gave me Taco Bell’s number. Which I stood there and heard the phone ring. Everyone was bumping into each other and dropping stuff. I can literally say that if you are not well to run a fast food restaurant DO NOT WORK IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE IT!

They force you to use the self service tablet instead of them having to do their job of taking orders. They cannot get the orders correct. Come in because they brought back the double decker taco and they put cheese instead of beans. Stopped going to toco bell because they stopped the double decker and tostados. Now they need to bring back the basic tostados.

Iv came here 3 days in a row ordering the same thing. On this day I ordered a regular freezer. And they gave me a small. When I brought it to ther attention they continued to tell me I'm wrong. Sucky tacobell place treats you like a dog

Horrible experience! I didn’t want to rate 1 star but it is the only way I could write a review. I work in customer service myself so I understand good and bad days, but to come over the drive through intercom with an instant attitude with the customer was the first problem. We get home and we didn’t even get our full order there were MULTIPLE items missing, the food looks like they literally just slammed it in the box after horribly putting them together. They did not give me a receipt so even if I wanted to attempt to go have them fix my order, I can’t. So I tried calling to inform them that I was just there and that my order wasn’t completed, as well as not being given a receipt and the quality of the preparation of the food; and low and behold the numerous times I called there was no answer.. so I decided to do the one thing I refuse to do no matter where I get food from and come to the reviews and make myself look like a “typical Karen”…. Will NOT be returning because this isn’t the first time this has happened but I will be making it the last.
