Los Ranchos Taqueria and Restaurant

Our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything once got food. I’m all for the tip to be included but just cause you know you are already getting a 18% tip at least check on your customers!!!!

When my food was delivered the server had to go back and get part of it as they forgot part of my meal. When she brought the forgotten part I told her my food (and plate) was not hot it was actually cold as in refrigerator cold-plate and food. She took my plate back to the kitchen. When she returned with my food the food and plate were extremely hot. I could immediately tell the entire plate had been put in a microwave for quite a long time as the tortillas were as hard as a brick -they were supposed to be “soft tacos”. I ended up taking the meat out of the rock hard tortillas snd mixing with the beans and rice as I did not have time to wait for an entire replacement plate of food. I had 2 different restaurant employees ask if everything is ok -I said no and in detail explained why. Employee then states - let me speak to the manager. I see employee(s) huddled with manager—they then bring me my check. Why did you ask if everything is/was ok AND say I will speak with management and then do NOTHING not even make a reference to my issue(s) with my meal. I do not call this good customer service. The VERY least you could do is at least make an apology as you bring me the bill but to ask about the service, state you will speak to management and then say nothing- no you do not have to comp the meal but when you state ai will speak to management you should at least say I am sorry about your experience.

While everyone setting down they never pay no mine to us. Why they setting we got served 20 minutes later your job is to check on everybody and look at this, so are you kidding me?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Los Ranchos, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors that took us straight to Mexico. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the restaurant’s ambiance really added to the overall experience.
Emilio & Jose and all staff were just great!
The menu had a vast selection, so it was a bit tough to choose, but everything we ordered turned out to be fantastic! The variety of options caters to all tastes, and everything we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and well presented.
If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy amazing Mexican food in a cozy setting, I highly recommend Los Ranchos. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting again!

Excellent Tex-Mex

They used to have awesome food got home with my order didn't have tortillas my fajitas was greasy not fully cooked tuff and o well probably want be back

Called & placed an order to go! I had to call back twice the first time the phone rang over 15 times & I called back & the phone rang 4 times & finally he answered the phone! I placed an order I found out the owner took my order who apparently didn’t understand what I said! I ordered two beef quesadillas & received two chicken quesadillas then I ordered a large cheese dip & got an order of cheese quesadillas which are terrible! Also ordered an order of tortilla that was the only thing he got correct! Normally when you order quesadillas you receive refried beans, rice & quesadillas along with guacamole & sour cream! We got no refried beans, no rice, no pico! We got sour cream, a little lettuce & guacamole with a half slice of tomato! Along with salsa & a small bag of chips! I can’t tell you we were so disappointed! We have eaten at this restaurant several times & it’s always been wonderful & the service has been excellent! I called back & asked for our money back! This order was almost $50.00! He read the order back & said I ordered two beef quesadillas & I told him we got chicken & then he said I ordered cheese quesadillas & I told him I ordered a large order of cheese dip! We got red salsa along with a small bag of chips! He asked me to come back & I told him we would have to drive over 40 miles! I will not be ordering from this restaurant again!

Yesterday, 12/14/2024 we took a chance and stopped at Los Ranchos. This place did not disappoint! The food out is in good comas, service was excellent, the whole restaurant was clean! We will be going back!

Great place when you're on the road. I'm from Houston and this was some of the best beef fajita I've ever had. It's was tender and juicy and very well seasoned. My waitress was a doll and took great care of me. I'll be back next time I'm out that way! Iced tea and salsa were also great!

When you order shrimp, but get chicken, NO EXCUSE! Get someone to answer your phone that understands ENGLISH!!
