Kitchen staff needs to learn what vegetables are. 3 people including myself did not receive their toppings on their sandwich. There is a reason I ordered the deluxe. And I wanted to try the new golden sauce, but that was also lacking from my sandwich. The employees want higher pay but can't seem to make a sandwich according to the order.

Every time I go here on my lunch break it doesn’t matter if I do mobile pickup and order 5 minutes before I get there or just go inside, I’m gonna be waiting 10-15 minutes to get my food. Service takes forever and on top of long service time they’re always forgetting something on my sandwich. Today it was no bacon on a bacon burger????? The extra ingredient is in the name of the sandwich 😂

Went to the drive-thru around 10am on Sunday and the wait time was really long. The car in front of us ended up leaving before they got their food. We were in line for almost 20 minutes and there were only 5 cars ahead of us. When we did get the food, it was very hot and fresh.

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is I didn't get any straws for the 3 drinks I bought this last time. I also rarely get any napkins. I usually get good freshly made food though. ☺️

Jane is so personable!! Had such a great experience at this location today.
Jane is the sweetest!! We came in around 8 PM today on the fourth, and she had the best attitude. Checked on us multiple times when bringing our food over, and was just insanely nice. I’ve never had better service at a McDonald’s.

You’re completely out of soap in men’s restroom. I won’t eat at your restaurant knowing that employees can’t wash their hands with soap after using the restroom and returning to the kitchen. This is not the first time I’ve noticed the soap being out.

I wasted $9 on two shakes on 06/23/2025 The shakes were supposed to be CHOCOLATE. My husband arrived at the window the lady said “I know they don’t look chocolate but, they do taste like it” handed him the shakes the shut the window. I don’t know if the lady thought we were stupid and couldn’t tell the difference between chocolate and vanilla. But when we tasted the supposedly chocolate shakes they tasted like a vanilla ice cream cone. Needless to say I’m disappointed on the employee that was lazy and didn’t take full accountability of their job responsibilities.

Waited and ignored for over 10 minutes in the drive thru… On the road and wanted to get the family a quick snack… Called to get the store number and heard loud swearing in the background.. This is why we never stop at McDonald because it’s never easy, always something wrong…. Wasn’t able to even order..
