The last 5 times I have went to the malakoff location they take your money give you your drinks and ask you to pull around to curbside. Nobody behind us tonight and only 1 or 2 people dining in. Doesn’t make no sense I’m sure there drive thru time shows they are doing a great job when you have 4 or 5 cars sitting at curbside waiting for there drive through orders.

Morning crew lacks leadership. Observed multiple customers from lobby and drive thru as well as myself with incomplete or wrong orders. Definitely think a stronger leader would raise moral of crew as well as there seemed to be no guidance.

I had the worst experience at this location. The staff member working the front was completely unprepared and struggled to take orders correctly, causing confusion and mistakes with nearly every customer’s order. The one other person who seemed willing to help appeared to be getting scolded by what looked like the manager, which only added to the chaos. The lack of proper training and poor communication skills among the staff were glaringly obvious. This place needs a major overhaul in customer service and team coordination. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I've been to alot of McDonalds thru the years. This one by far had the worst food. The buns were not fresh and the French fries were old or stale and the Dr Pepper was weak. Won't go back again.

Placed our order thru drive thu. Simple order of sausage mc muffin bundle. Was sent to next window. Received our bag order only and then sent to next window to wait for the drink. Bag order was egg mcmuffin and smelled spoiled. They finally brought our drink and we explained that we didn't order an egg mcmuffin but a sausage mcmuffin. It actually smelled spoiled. They left to correct our order. After sitting at last window seemed for 10 minutes we finally called the store and told them we've been waiting for the order to be corrected.

I ordered breakfast at 10:15a.m for pickup, paid for it, got to the window at 10:32a.m and they said they didn’t serve breakfast! What’s the point of ordering ahead?! McDonald’s you’re terrible!!!!
