I am so tired of going to this mcdonalds.. I paid $5 and some change for a large frappe half full. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Im done wasting my money when other McDonald's fills it full.

Its Been only 3 months since last inside visit and damn it's gone way down hill. The manager there was dirty, more so than just a tough shift. Place was messy. We were there an hour AND Not one employee came out and cleaned the dining rm/tables or soda area? Food was way below normal. Not one employee was wearing a name badge either. A man in a gray shirt came in and sat at a table - another manager as when my son made the statement we've been there an hour and tables and trash was all around he called the dirty Mgr over and told her to get the area cleaned up as customers were complaining. Well mess was still there when we left q5mins later. Oh and this was way after morning rush and about 40 mins till lunch. Very disappointing visit. (3 mths ago) One reason this particular one is so great is their employees, (even the ones that hate their jobs), still do their jobs AND they Do Not take it out on customers. The place is always clean, which is a huge thing. Also their drive thru run pretty smoothly even during lunch rush.

Totally worst McDonalds there they can’t get my order right ever not one time have they gotten my order right the people are rude all the people who work there just stand around with customers are just stacking up in line by far the worst McDonalds there ever was

Kitchen staff needs to learn what vegetables are. 3 people including myself did not receive their toppings on their sandwich. There is a reason I ordered the deluxe. And I wanted to try the new golden sauce, but that was also lacking from my sandwich. The employees want higher pay but can't seem to make a sandwich according to the order.

Every time I go here on my lunch break it doesn’t matter if I do mobile pickup and order 5 minutes before I get there or just go inside, I’m gonna be waiting 10-15 minutes to get my food. Service takes forever and on top of long service time they’re always forgetting something on my sandwich. Today it was no bacon on a bacon burger????? The extra ingredient is in the name of the sandwich 😂

Jane was great! She was friendly and professional!
Went to the drive-thru around 10am on Sunday and the wait time was really long. The car in front of us ended up leaving before they got their food. We were in line for almost 20 minutes and there were only 5 cars ahead of us. When we did get the food, it was very hot and fresh.

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is I didn't get any straws for the 3 drinks I bought this last time. I also rarely get any napkins. I usually get good freshly made food though. ☺️

Jane is the sweetest!! We came in around 8 PM today on the fourth, and she had the best attitude. Checked on us multiple times when bringing our food over, and was just insanely nice. I’ve never had better service at a McDonald’s.

You’re completely out of soap in men’s restroom. I won’t eat at your restaurant knowing that employees can’t wash their hands with soap after using the restroom and returning to the kitchen. This is not the first time I’ve noticed the soap being out.
