Very cute place. ♥️Customer service is very good.However, I don't think it's going to be there long:- They need to offer espresso, cold brew, white coffee: things that will bring in regular people [Healthy Hangout is across the highway from the Malakoff Liquor Store]- The protein smoothie base is Soy.- The products are MLM, which brings your base costs up. You would be much better off getting them through a regular distributor like UNFI, or regional restaurant wholesaler.Those are the biggest red flags that stood out. There may be others, but it boils down to offering products that your neighborhood will consume. This is not some extremely pretentious area, and restricting your product base to things people are unlikely to buy, is not going to bring in revenue and repeat business.10/10 for aesthetics, 2/10 for product offering.
