Idk if there are new employees or what. But it’s getting worse. We don’t get any sauces we ask for, the coke is just carbonation 🤮 We never order sweet tea bc it taste like soap and is usually sour too. The fries are cold. The chicken tenders are cold. I never get ranch. The girl was rude. I keep coming back and it’s not getting better 🥺

I just watched an employee drop a bunch of fry boxes on the floor while attempting to restock them then she picked them up and stuffed them back in the box with all the other unused boxes, there were also employees openly snacking on food in the kitchen area.

Very unprofessional had me driving back and pulling back up while I was waiting for my food then while I was ordering she couldn't hear me cause she was holding her child for up to the window and seen the girl holding a kid with a pamper in and saddles

We went through the drive thru and ordered. Lance took our order and made sure he had everything right. When we arrived at the pickup window the staff was there waiting with a smile and took our payment. The service was fast and accurate. Everybody had full bellies and a smile afterwards.
