We are repeat customers at this location. They always have customer centric attitudes and the food is always correct and fresh. I've never had one issue here.

Foods good but 4 years ago it was 22$ 6 mouths ago was 26$....... Now 35$??? That's just ridiculous for fast food. With the same order it's been for the last 4 years!!! While that might be a good deal for you million airs around here I think I'll just go to a nice sit in dine in place for the same price just about and the food with be fresh 🤣😂

Must be a new location. I watched the lady in charge going over paperwork with two employees. Probably new hires. They walked by a table that needed to be cleared, and rather than deligate that to a working crew member, she cleared it herself. New manager? Anyway, I grabbed my order and was on my way.

Usually have great experiences here so don't take this as a reason not to go, just using this as a platform for someone to see and to maybe get things changed. The manager was not so nice. They did make the food hot and fresh. But the way the manager basically tossed the food in our car and the tone she used telling us it's all fresh and in the bag and sorry for the wait was not very nice. I would appreciate the apology if it had seemed sincere. Idk why I expected more from a fast food place tho 🤷♀️
Walked in straight to the counter. Was not greeted, continued staring at a person till they walked over to help us. A kid walked up, she then gave him attention instead for Catsup. Came back to us, we ordered. Food came, hamburgers were reversed of how we ordered

The food is good but we get charged .75 to add cheese which gets left off EVERYTIME.....customer service is HORRIBLE....no personalities whatsoever ever, customers are treated as if they are an inconvenience and interrupting the staffs playtime....sit in line for about 30 minutes for 2 meals while watching the staff horseplay throwing food and trash at each other....corporate needs to send in undercover people to check on management and staff, it's sad to see this world losing good customer service.....if they don't enjoy serving people, they should NOT be in this line of work....I don't usually give reviews but after contacting management at the malakoff store then corporate and getting nothing but unprofessional ignorance, I am hoping this review will catch the attention of someone who actually cares!!!!
