Our food was cold and made completely wrong. We had to keep asking for stuff we didn’t get, and the gravy was watered down/old. Won’t be back

They do a far better job of order accuracy at this location vs our local Braums that can’t seem to get any hamburger adjustments correct. Only knock on them is speed. They aren’t fast 🤷♂️

I placed an order for pick up through the app and they got it completely wrong. I paid for extra Garvey for my chicken strips but got no gravey at all or toast. When I called I was told they were too busy to talk to me. To call back later.

My wife ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a medium lemonade. My son ordered buffalo chicken wings wings with a fry and medium strawberry shake. I ordered the sweet & spicy wings with onion rings and a medium sprite. The food was very fresh and our order was ready faster than we've ever received and order. Extremely great staff..

Went to this location on my way through town not too long ago and the service was horrible, they overcharged for a double cheeseburger, and once I got both of my orders and got down the road, one of the burgers didn't even have any meat on it 🤦🏼♀️ will not be coming here again after this experience.
