Usually have great experiences here so don't take this as a reason not to go, just using this as a platform for someone to see and to maybe get things changed. The manager was not so nice. They did make the food hot and fresh. But the way the manager basically tossed the food in our car and the tone she used telling us it's all fresh and in the bag and sorry for the wait was not very nice. I would appreciate the apology if it had seemed sincere. Idk why I expected more...
We went through the drive thru and ordered. Lance took our order and made sure he had everything right. When we arrived at the pickup window the staff was there waiting with a smile and took our payment. The service was fast and accurate. Everybody had full bellies and a smile afterwards.
