Not from around here. Took a bit to figure out how to get to it. But once there, it was just opening. The staff was very friendly. Food was decent. Not over the top, but definitely worrh going. Far better than some places iv gone to here. Will come back.
Now in no way is this a bad review just an honest one. There was some really good things that I liked and some things that just make you go hmm. I went to Whiskey Bent last night with my parents, my wife and Father in law.
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by a gentleman that brought menus and led us to our table, where we were met by our waitress who poured everyone a glass of water and gave us an order of fresh hot rolls and butter then...

The 2 times that we have dined here the steaks were not cooked to what was asked for...medium rare is coming out medium to medium well and one came out pretty much jerky. Need to find someone who can cook a steak to what is being asked for. The Brussel sprouts are pretty darn good! The shrimp and grits was also pretty good.
