360 Brunch House - Mansfield

Poor service. Started at the door. The hostess had NO hospitality skills. Long wait for the server to come to the table. Multiple servers. Food came quickly, chicken was hot but flavorless. Per my husband food was Hor-Aweful. Fort Worth locations' ambiance is better.

This place was aesthetically pleasing and not as loud as most brunch places, but the service and food wasn't great. The host wasn't friendly, waiter only came by to take the order and pick up the check, and the food was pretty to look at but wasn't the best quality. We did enjoy our coffee though. Overall 5/10.

The restaurant is very nice and clean, and the service was great! As a Latina, I enjoy spicy food — the “spicy” salsa wasn’t actually spicy for me, but that’s okay because the food overall was delicious. I had the spinach bruschetta and didn’t love the dressing on it, but everything else was great.

Excellent service Karime!!! and absolutely delicious food! Everything I ordered was fresh and full of flavor. This is definitely my favorite spot for breakfast — highly recommended!

Stephanie was so attentive and she was so knowledgeable. Had such a great time here. Would highly recommend coming here and requesting her.

Place use to be good. Don't care for it now. Sucks everything is extra. Down sized drinks but not price. Everyone looks unprofessional not like waitresses and hostesses should look. Music is awful. Skip this place. We will not be back.

Had Brunch and Dearle was our server. He was excellent.

I enjoyed Dearle’s service and the food. A good time was had!!!

We were on the waitress for over an hour. We put our selves in line via online, and when we received the text we arrived and parked which the parking lot was full, just to be told that our 10 min limit hit as we were standing in line and we were removed from the list. We were in line when the 10 mins passed. I asked if they could accommodate us since we were standing there and was told we had to get back on the waiting list. If this is the type of service that’s ran here I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

My food was not good. I tried to send back and was met with attitude by a manager named Isabella at the Fort Worth location. I have never encountered such lack of hospitality/professionalism. She only took it off my tab after I asked what her name was. I was more than happy to pay and try something else, but that was never offered.

Got the chicken fried steak and eggs, the steak was so tough that I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. The breading would not stay on the steak, the sunny side eggs were completely burnt. My wife got the California Benedict, the avocados were at least three days past ripe , black in color and they should’ve not been served.

The service was great, thank you Jordan for taking care of my mom and I.

360 Brunch House is a nice hang out. The food is presented very nicely but, the flavor was a bit lacking and did not match the presentation, this went for all the dishes me and our party had. The biscuits were a bit sweet which on their own would have been great however, as biscuits and gravy, the flavors don’t meld well. The service was fantastic and very fast. There are dishes they flambé table side. There is a full service bar as well. This is one that I’m glad I checked off and think you should too.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Sarah, was absolutely fantastic—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to our friends!
