The Mansfield-Broad St. location could do much better. Our order was messed up. It's like the little rude guy that took the order did what he wanted. We asked for 1 med. butter pecan cocrete, 1 med. peach dream (or something like that), 1 sm. concrete with extra pecans and a sm. chocolate custard. We got 2 med butter pecan concrete, 1 med peach and a sm. chocolate custard. Nothing marked as extra anything and we were charged for 3 mediums and 1 sm custard. He was too busy being stupid and rude to enter our order correctly. The GP location is much better.

I am at the andys in mansfield and it was horrible customer service, i asked for vanilla WITH brownie chunks and i get no brownie junks and just hot fudge and vanilla, when i tell the worker about it he tells me “ i made it i can see the brownie chunks” after i already told him there was nothing there and on top of that the ice cream was melted when i got it.

I got a jack hammer. Overall, the ice cream is good and has always been, but one thing I have noticed about the hot fudge is it's not as hot as it should be and the amount is less. I noticed it at this location while at another location is was better and how it should be , not just a sprinkle of hot fudge.

I will never attend the location in Mansfield TX again at Nite. The Young Adults preparing our Order just put what they though we should have in a Hurry. You should have seen the Mischief on there's Faces. So I just paid and put the Purchase in the Trash Can. Never got to Taste your Products. I just Gave away $15.00 .

Took my family to get some icecream. Was so shocked to find out they don’t serve strawberry icecream or whip cream. So many options and the most simple items are not available. Square or triangle brownie. A brownie is a brownie. Menu just seems over complicated for absolutely no reason.
