Went in after a concert for drinks and appetizers. Bar area smelled really bad, asked to sit in the main dining room, Tiffany rolled her eyes, threw the menu on the table and left before we even got to the table. She then started talking to the waiter that she double sat him.. he ignored us and we had another waitress who's section was apparently on the other side of the restaurant, she was very nice but could get the drink order or food order correct, beverage took almost 20 minutes... while under normal circumstances we would ha e left, we were in no rush.. so we just stayed. Frankly while the food is normally very good... as the norm with this place.. the service is non existent.

Me and my family came in on a Saturday night around 9pm. Applebee's was not busy whatsoever.Part of of the reason we agreed upon Applebee's was because we knew hardly anyone would be there.From the time the hostess sat us down at our table til the time we decided we were going to take our business somewhere else, we waited 15 minutes at our table for someone to come at least say they would be with us in a moment. We were never greeted by a waiter/waitress. The final straw was a couple that was seated right after us was promptly approached by a waiter and the waiter quickly brought their drinks out but we were still waiting for someone to take our drink order. When we decided to get up and leave, on our way out the hostess said"Thank yall, yall have a good night" not even paying attention to the fact we had not been there long at all or that we were unhappy.We left and took our business next door to "On The Border" where the food, drinks, and customer service were on point.Not sure what I really expected it is Applebee's but seeing as how it is a dine in establishment that is going to be taking my money I do expect my drink order to be taken within at least the 1st 5 minutes Iam there. Or at least acknowledge we are sitting in your area.Do better.

Applebee's as a franchise lowers prices and cuts costs on PROTEIN. While my meat was thinner than a kid's menu burger, they disguised it perfectly with lots of fresh toppings. I doubt they could spruce up a sliver of meat any better.

This was great! We had not been to Applebee's in a while and we were very happy we came! Service was great, food was very delicious, and the drinks were on point from the bar too! I always loved the Fiesta lime chicken and it was just as good as I remember! My oldest ordered the honey chicken mac n cheese, he only wished there was a little more of the sauce on the chicken, but said he loved the flavor! My husband had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp skillet and loved that as well! My youngest, who is a very picky eater, really enjoyed the kids burger and their oreo milkshake! We also had a lava cake dessert and that was excellent and fresh as well! The lunch menu prices were also reasonable, as my fiest lime chicken was around $11 and they had several options! We will definitely be coming back here again!

Do not waste your money here. The worst service and food experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waiter messed up our order 3 separate times and food was cold and inedible. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
Our server was non existant during our visit. Only came around 3 times for a party of 5. The manager Tim however made up for his lack of service. He went above and beyond for our table and the others being occupied. The food was ok, it's a good place for drinks and appetizers.

This location was not busy, less than 15 ppl. Wait staff was slow, unkempt & impossible to locate. Took 20 mins to get a drink, received dinner salad before appetizer, ordered med rare steak & it was med. Took 30 mins for 2nd drink & had to call manager over to ask what the hold-up was. Took another 20 mins to get drink. Talked to manager regarding service & food. He apologized, but did nothing else. Bartender barely looked 21, if that. I will never go to that location again.

Great good & service ! If you go here when it's really busy , expect a slight delay on being waited on . But they usually get the orders & drinks right away ! Plus the food is good & hot when expedited to you . Their salads are great too !!
