Horrible customer service waited in drive thru for 30 minutee and the cashier in the drive thru was very rude. I drove all the way from 20 minutes away I will never come back.

Definitely the go to spot for refreshing snow cones, especially during the Texas summer heat.
Got the passion fruit flavor and it was nice to see how it was constructed. Friendly staff too.

Awful service!!!! And I mean AWFUL!!!! Went inside and waited at register for 5min and not one person asked if I needed any help… 6 employees and not one asked if I needed any help. As I walked out i said “ I guess they made enough Money today and one of the employees laughed!!!

Great for a sweet cold treat. Depending on the time if visit, it could be a long wait. There is a drive thru and indoor/outdoor seating.
The shaved ice is great and the flavor combinations are very good. It's cool to see them make the orders but, again the wait can be a bit much.

We love the snow cones at Bahama Bucks in Mansfield and drive out of our way to go there! We even buy bottles of syrup to try to make them at home but it's not the same. The staff is always friendly & helpful.

Great Snow Cones and Customer service. The shaved ice is so soft and, good by itself. Sour Patch Kids is my time favorite. I recently tried the Peach Rush it's good as well.

Over 30 minutes from walking in the door to get a snow cone. You would make a lot more money if customers could get in and out. Wasted opportunity and customer experience.
