Snows or the best

The Bahama Bucks Mansfield has the worst customer service. I purchased 2 sno-cones and they were very dry… I called and spoke to a worker in the store and was advised to come back the next day. When I got to the store I was told that I could not get a refund or cones made over. The worker was speaking to a manager on the phone as she was telling me what was being said. When I asked for the managers name she refused to provide the managers name as she proceeded to walk back in the store. There are entirely too many teenagers working in the store.

Bahama Bucks is cool. I had to give them a few chances. The first time I was there, there was a few fellas holding up the line trying to get a young ladies number through the drive through which was irritating. The second time there was a young lady who struggled with my order and after repeatedly asking what my order was, it was completely wrong. I gave her grace though considering she seemed like she was new. Yesterday, I had no issues. The place is employed by young adults and with that comes with young behavior but let’s be real, they are serving sweet drinks…I don’t expect 5 star service from a bahama bucks.

The customer service was so bad I would not wanna go there. There was only a couple people working slow assistance everything was just off about that place, they need to give a raise to the two young girls who were working. Later on I went to chick-fil-a and I saw some of the employees sitting there doing nothing. They need to find new people to hire immediately.

Waiter over 10 minutes to get 2 snowcones. There were 4 people working at the time and 3 of them were messing around in the back not doing anything. At first, they tried to serve us our cones with the ice filled up about a half inch from the top of the cup. We did not request the cones “flat”. When we asked them to make the cones “like the pictures” the employees acted incredibly confused. It then took them another 10 minutes to fill the cones properly. Overall, incredibly poor experience, especially for the price point.

There were 7 people “working” and it still took 15 minutes to make 2 small snow cones.

I received a certificate for a free party pack but when I called to see if I could use it, I was told I “had to be present to redeem it but it will take 2 hours to make it.” I understand it takes some time to make, especially on a Saturday, but 2 hours? Seems like they just didn’t want to honor it. Especially when I called a hour and a half before I needed it. There is also nowhere on the certificate that says to call in advance to order, so they should probably add that in there if that’s accurate. They also put on hold “to ask a manager” but I could hear the whole conversation where the manager said “tell her it’ll be like 2 hours or something.” Don’t offer certificates for items if you can’t honor them.

We drove 20 minutes to this location to bring my non verbal autistic son because he was so excited to try it out. Poor service and unclean store. There was only 1 employee making snow when there was 3-4 employees there. Snowcones weren't presentable at all. Please choose another location!

Idk what's going on with this place but I ordered a Togers blood and it was dry. Barely any flavor all ice, horrible. Been here before when it first opened it was amazing.

When I went to this place I was kind of moody. But a guy made my day he had waves and he treated me with respect and kindness. It was my first time ever going to this place and I enjoyed it very much. Yall got my order right and was on time thank y’all very much 🙏
