I went in and I was greeted on the spot. It was my first time here and it felt very welcoming. And since it was my first time here I didn’t really know the menu that well but every question I had was answered perfectly. I ended up getting the boneless galbi and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were nice and golden, and they tasted amazing. The galbi had a sweet, Smokey, and savory flavor. One of the best chicken I’ve ever had honestly. And it’s made to order so it doesn’t have that “old” taste to it. Prices may be high to some but if you have that money to spend, I’d 100% recommend it here.

Pleeeeeeease talk to the employee that comes in to work in the white van. My goodness. First time I encountered him he blew past me literally drove around me while I was driving just to park. Once I parked and got out I was waiting for him to get out but he sat there for 15 minutes. About a week or two later I parked, he got out of his car slammed his door into my car and when I yelled he looked into my car and then went in to work.

I cringe even thinking of coming here because what is the problem.

Having that type of employee tells me everything I need to know about the customer service.

First visit they informed me they didn’t have wings, only whole chicken. So I left. I gave them another chance and was not greeted or spoken to for the first 2/3 minutes standing at the register. I have no need to ever go back there.
