Is this location permanently closed? I’ve been to the Mansfield location many times, and have always had a pleasant experience. It seems to be closed, for about the last month. Hopefully, they return.

I arrived and parked in front of the facility on Sunday November 24 when one of their employee decided to park next to me and almost hit my car. She parked her car so closed to me that neither one of us were able to open the door to get out. When I rolled my windows down to express how I felt and asked her to move her car she refused and said that this was an employee reserved spot for her, which there were no signs. Ignoring the fact that I couldn’t get out of my car with my kids. She told me I should move my car instead when I’m parked correctly. She then crawled to her passenger door to exit her vehicle and continued walking into work shift. Me and my son were just in the car eating pizza. Mind you, the whole parking was empty. She chose to be ignorant. Is this the type of kids you guys hire as a staff to take care of your customers?? This is embarrassingly crazy. I made a phone call to the restaurant to speak to a manager regarding the situation which also left her speechless I guess. She also confirmed that employees do not have a designated parking. The young lady who works here clocked in at 4pm. White girl with dark blonde hair and slim body.

I ordered a large keto pizza yesterday for today. I came in had to wait awhile, okay. Found out keto crust doesn’t come in large. No one communicated anything. Poor customer service. Jacob intentionally wanted me to wait until the line was completely cleared before speaking to me and resolving this issue, which he never did and thought it was funny. All I wanted was my money back. I come often, Alyssa has great customer service. My pick up time was 6:30pm. There was no communication provided to me until 7:17pm shortly after Alyssa got there. Received an email stating a full refund. In the future, I’ll choose a different location because I don’t play disrespect.

I did an online order and they got the entire thing wrong. We asked for half and half for topping and they smothered the entire pizza with all of the toppings we ordered, ruining the pizza. The manager working was alyssa. Very disappointed and will not be going again.

I stopped by Blaze one of my favorite pizza spots. I was so disappointed to hear that they no longer have the blood orange lemonade. This is another reason why we come here other than the pizza. Hope they add it back to the menu soon.

Horrible experience. The manager Alyssa had an attitude because she made me a disgusting regular dough pizza which i mentioned I had celiac disease I wanted the gluten free dough.

Someone Id guess is the manager She interrupted this black guy shaming him for the way he made my pizza(which it was the way I asked him too.) She messed up my pizza but I didn’t even wanna stay any longer. the tone of voice and how she talked to the man was very pushy and tyrannical. Not to mention she was very high and had the audacity to ask me to leave good review of her. Then they have crickets. Maybe I’ll try a different location.

Last time here. The lady Alyssa was super sarcastic and impatient with me after I asked for a refund for pizzas I had to wait 48 mins for. I had to wait for her to get into contact with her boss for my refund. The nerve to have an attitude.

Ordered a half and half pizza online and they completely disregard any instructions and put the toppings wherever they wanted. The manager Alyssa was loud and very rude to us and other customers. Very disappointed because this has been my favorite pizza place for years :/
The pizza was bland and burnt. I ordered take out, so not sure about service, but they were on time with the pizza. Atmosphere looks good.

Clean delicious & friendly staff! Alyssa was so sweet and helpful. She clearly takes pride in her job. I am a huge Blaze pizza fan, but this location really was next level in customer service. (The entire staff was friendly and seemed to really care.)
