We stopped in after a baseball game in Waxahachie to feed our hungry ball player and family. We were sat some what quickly but never greeted by a waiter. After 15 minutes, I approached the hostess who sat us. She assured me that she would send a server over. I requested a manager as well. We then had both a waiter and a manager visit the table. Both were amazing! Food was great and quick. We will definitely come back.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!! I bought $20.00's worth of boneless chicken for a 20 piece, mind you, I've never ordered from this place before. The chicken was so over-cooked It was so hard to put a knife through it. I was so mad. Restaurant's are so expensive now that customers can't afford to throw away money. I couldn't even eat it. I went through Uber eats so I had to get my money back from them. They didn't even give me all my money back. They gave me back $16.00's and some change. I threw that food away.

I haven’t even left yet but my waiter Sam is the goat, excellent service, perfect guy for the job. Never had a better experience at a bdubs in my life. This guy deserves a raise.

We placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings and didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces we paid for. Sauces are literally half the reason you order wings, so it was really disappointing. We had already driven about 15 minutes home, and it wasn’t worth driving all the way back just to fix something that should’ve been checked before the order went out.

The food itself was fine, but the missing sauces completely ruined the experience. For the price, the order should be accurate. Really frustrating and definitely makes us think twice before ordering again.

Adding: it was signed off by CM(could be OM). Hoping there can be some corrective action or follow up here.

Terrible service. I’ve been here for over 10 minutes and still haven’t been waited on. Staff walked by several times without acknowledging me. Extremely disappointing experience for a place like Buffalo Wild Wings.

Anyone who loves wings knows that the ranch is critical! I even ordered an extra, and carrots. I didn’t get any of that. I’m m sick of incomplete orders from this place. No more orders!!

I just can’t believe no one looks at the veggies for freshness. Absolutely awful freshness standards with a staple of the company menu and the cheapest thing to get right reflects poorly on the whole thing. There are also no prices or details anywhere other than on the website. In person it’s a guessing game with someone that is working a register without any information either. Frustration is palpable.

We had a party of 5 today & the manager Steven greeted us as we walked in. He sat us immediately and got us some waters because our server Neysa was taking care of another table at the time. When I say we had a great experience here with our server and the atmosphere of the store with music on…me and the kids were so welcomed. Steven saw it was my daughter’s birthday and gave her a dessert on him. We didn’t even ask. So, I wanted people to know if they come Neysa should serve them & have Steven will make sure you’re happy and we will be back!!

First of all I want to say that the service was a 10/10 our server was super sweet. BUT the manager STEVEN is really rude to his employees. There was a younger employee taking a break and eating and in front of us and other people he called him out about two trays in the back. The tone and attitude were UGLY. The kid got up and went to do what he told him to do. I did speak with the kid and let him know he deserved better treatment especially being so young. I also spoke with the manager and let him know I would be reporting him since that was really rude and unprofessional of him to call him out in front of people. When me and my husband were walking out he was talking to other employees about what I had to him and were giving us ugly looks. My husband walked back in because I forgot my jacket and gave him a dirty look at well just staring him down. I went back in and did not hold back and let them know the look they were giving was really ugly and that they need to keep it to themselves all because I called him out on his unprofessionalism. My husband was also confused on why they were giving him such ugly looks. It was the manager and about 4 other employees. So yes I will be reporting him because that kid deserves better treatment and he seems the type of manager to pick and choose. I never say anything but I’ve been in his shoes and managers like that need to be put in their place because those employees are humans and have feelings. Mind you this kid mentioned to us that he is working 2 jobs and that the manager knows. THAT is especially why I felt some type of way because the kid is trying and like I’ve said so many times HE DESERVES better .

This was on a Saturday night. Summary: Management gets 1 star. Thomas the waiter gets 5 stars. Details: The main dining area was dirty and unswept, with dirty tables and stuff all over the floor like it hadnt been swept all day. You could smell the musky odor of an unclean kitchen. Wait staff was very sloppy in appearance although our waiter, Thomas, was very attentative to all his customers including us. After seeing and smelling all of this we were a bit concerned what the food quality was going to be, but it did turn out acceptable. Just looks like it is poorly managed. Probably arent going back.
