We went in and the service we received was terrible employees especially the cashier were rude and they up charged me for a medium fry and said they wouldn’t give me my cookie I ordered until I paid for it when I had already paid for it.

Literally sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged I didn’t even know if my order went through. I knocked on the window once I saw somebody guy comes up and says don’t knock on my window. Like I’m the jerk.

I've been to this location 10 times in 2 years and I've never had an issue with service or quality. I'm writing the review today now because two team members went over and above to be kind and make me feel welcome! My burger and fries were both extremely fresh as well.

I placed my order through Uber eats and they botched the order. I ordered whoppers with no onions, mayo, or pickles. My order arrived with the whoppers having onions, pickles, and covered in Mayo… I don’t know why the hell I ordered from them. Every time I get something from Burger King, it’s a disaster..

Terrible customer service. I sat at the drive thru and no one answered so I went inside. I understand it’s morning but oh my lord how hard is it to pay attention to customers. There was a lady in the back cooking I got her attention and asked if I could be helped.. couldn’t even understand her so I waited another 5 minutes nobody came so I left. Terrible
