On 8/28/25 I brought my wife to Mansfield Methodist for an infection, and from the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed. We waited less than five minutes before being called and were in a room within 20 minutes. That’s when we met Linh V., who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience easier. She went above and beyond to help us, and I can’t recommend her enough. Nobody likes going to the hospital, but I’m so glad we chose Mansfield Methodist. The nursing staff here is truly amazing.
From the minute I entered through the emergency room, I received prompt, professional and attentive care.I especially want to mention Kim, my e.r. nurse who cared for me for the 2 hours I was in the e.r. While in the e.r., I missed the window for ordering lunch. Kim had sandwich sent to my room once I was settled in. First afternoon I was there, Maria was my room nurse. Phung (pronounced Pung) was my tech. Both of them were friendly, attentive and had ready answers to my questions. That evening, Helen was my nurse and Remi was my tech.Helen got me hooked up to my i.v. and explained each med she gave me. Remi, bless her heart, had the unenviable task or awakening me every 2 hours to take my bp and temp. She was as unobtrusive as she could be. Next morning, along came Mary. Mary was great! She was my day nurse both Thursday and Friday of my stay. Dr. Anukam, the hospitality came in to see me both Thursday and Friday. He told me exactly what to expect as far as additional treatment in-house and after discharge. He, like Mary. had a great bedside manner and a sense of humor. Bianca was my tech the last day I was there. I tried to order lunch, but know one picked up the phone. Bianca took my order and, magically, about 20 minutes later lunch appeared. And lastly, the person I was happiest to see...Renee, the discharge nurse, went through all the paperwork quickly and thoroughly and got me the heck out of there! Thanks to all for the vare I received while at Mansfield Methodist.May God bless you all.

I’ve never seen a more caring group of people. While waiting on my husband to come out of surgery I took a break from my phone and looked around. The ladies at the front desk were checking in on families. Colors and coloring pages were given to kids to keep them busy. More importantly employees in different colored scrubs all had smiles on their faces. It gave me great comfort knowing my husband was in capable loving hands.
I went in last week with pain in my chest so I was seen immediately. The nurse I had, Tiffany B., was amazing!! They took great care of me and explained everything they were doing and why along the way. I was very pleased with my care. Would definitely recommend!!
Do not go to this hospital, my cousin got in at 7am today (12/16/2024) and it is now 3:04pm and he still has the IV in his arm and STILL hasnt been seen after the first evaluation when he first got there, thats about 8hrs and he still waiting to hear what is wrong and nobody else is in the waiting room ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Bad experience at the ER yesterday 4/17/24. Got in quick at 4am because luckily there was no one else in the waiting area. Thereafter, is a different story. 7 hours later, I still didn’t know what was causing my pain. I had to ask 7 times for someone to give me some water. Even the doctor said she would ask for someone to bring some water to me but nothing happened. They did 2 CT scans but no one explained why I was getting those, what they were looking for, what suspicions they had; some information would have been great. I got up several times to ask different amateur nurses who were busy on their phones and talking among themselves to please call my ER doctor to get some info from her. They told me the doctor was busy with other patients. At around 1pm I demanded to get the IV connection off my arm which had not been receiving any fluids or meds through it for several hours by the way. But it was until the saw me mad when the doctor came and talked to me still with no answers though. It was until 30 minutes after leaving the hospital that the doc called me with some results. I bet I would have been there another day waiting or I could have easily walked out and no one would have noticed. A lot more happened but I’m still not feeling good to keep writing. I’m so extremely disappointed at the medical staff from yesterday.
My son (Laffiama Murillo) went to the ER Sunday 3/17/2024 in the evening. He waited for hours before getting seen for an injury he had earlier that day. They said his ribs were okay but today he is having a hard time breathing and can hardly move. This is what I put to him in a message on his post here on Facebook!!! You need to go to the ER some where else besides Mansfield Methodist Hospital. You should not still be suffering that bad!!!
Amazing food!!! The people are sweet.
