I ate here a few times before and LOVED IT. This time was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if they have a new cook or something but EW. Chicken was cut into strips unlike before, and these strips were like BOILED. It was absolutely gross. Undercooked rice and nom fries were subpar. I had to wash my mouth out after eating no lie. I was really let down because I used to love the food here. They used to be amazing, wonder what happened…

It’s an adjustment but loving the new menu especially the healthy options. The chicken is very good and you got to give those Cheeto Wings a try!

As a health fanatic the old menu options were conducive to my diet . The new menu just loaded with fried cheap foods. No thank you. Luna grill is next door .. fyi for fresh healthy food.

Someone might like this food but not me. I had their chicken and it was brimming with flavors I wasn't really liking and I even tried their Cheeto wings and I didn't like that ether. The staff was awesome and friendly. And the food looks delicious but it didn't rub me the right way.Sorry but not sorry this place isn't for me.

Many years of getting nice bowls from you; unfortunately, the new menu doesn't do it for us so I don't see us coming back. I'm sure there's a valid business reason for this significant change. Wishing you the best in this next phase (too bad it leaves us in Mansfield without a good option for bowls).

We were also very disappointed in the menu change. We loved to get the bowls & did so regularly. Who I assume was the manager said 'I don't do that anymore' & was not willing to help with similar menu options, just went to cleaning & ignoring us, even though we were the only customers in the place at 6:45 on a Thursday. No wonder it's empty. We will miss the bowl but will not be coming back

used to be my favorite restaurant, with a wide range and large variety of delicious options, but this last time was definitely my last time walking in. The entire restaurant and atmosphere was completely different. they went from serving delicious and filling poké with hundreds of options to serving mediocre kids meals of rice and chicken wings. biggest downgrade i’ve experienced in a long time. i understand wanting to try something new, but completely changing up the entire menu from genuinely good quality food to something that frankly looks like i could buy it frozen at a grocery store is not the move. i will admit i didn’t try the food, but if you’re going for good quality poké, keep looking.

My sister and I saw the 4.5 star rating and pics of the menu and decided to give them a try. We both love Asian Cuisine and we were excited they had cauliflower rice, kimchi, pickled daikon & carrot, and seaweed salad, things we love. Their menu also showed several interesting toppings and dressings we wanted to check out. Turns out, they had none of that. No cauliflower rice, no kimchi, no seaweed salad, no pickled daikon mix, limited toppings and only 3 dressings, none of which we were interested in. The menu was very limited and not at all like the menu posted 4 months ago. We were so disappointed. We looked but couldn't find anything interesting to order so decided to leave without eating. I debated posting this review. To be fair I NEVER ATE THEIR FOOD. But I want people interested in possibly eating here to know what to expect. I gave them 3 stars because what limited choices they have may be good, I don't know, so it wouldn't be fair for me to give them a 1 star rating. However, I am posting a pic of the current menu posted in their restaurant today 9/24/23. Be SURE they still have what you want.

We only got to go here twice before they completely changed the menu. Used to have lots of gluten free options and now have little at all. Not a fan of their new menu.

So unfortunate they have replaced their menu items, I used to come here so often and loved their Chipotle style build your bowl options. I gave it a try and was not impressed with the new food. The chicken seemed low quality and the rice and veggies were bland. I hope the owners bring the old menu items back, until then I will not return.

Nice staff. They don't do poke bowls anymore, but still a healthy good tasting meal. Want to try their bahn mi next time!

Was pretty solid. Stopped by with a friend for a snack. We're both Viet. The Nuoc Mam/Saigon wings were of mild flavor compared to ones I've had in the past, but I understand why. The Shaken Cheetos Cheese Wings were novel though and I liked the extra crunch from the hot Cheetos. Nom Fries were okay - egg was the best part. Out of everything we got, the wings were the best in my opinion.

We used to come here all of the time for their bowls they had a cauliflower rice option which made my low carb diet easy. The veggies and proteins were so flavorful and absolutely delicious! Now they don’t offer the cauliflower rice, the protein and veggies are cooked decently but the seasoning and flavor is nothing special. Makes me so sad as this used to be one of my favorite places. I won’t be returning unless they bring back some of the previous menu options.

Truly disappointed in the menu change. I used to be a regular and loved the poke bowls. Poke bowls is what chard is known for. Not a single bowl in menu just kids bowls with poor options and plates. Seems this place is going downhill with the new menu change. Fresh great ingredients is what attracts people. There is, well WAS, no better poke bowl place than chard and now their bowls are gone! Crazy to take off the menu what you’re known for!
